Modernes Hotel, gute Verbindung ins Zentrum.
Pros:

Gegenüber des Hotels Bushaltestelle direkt ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer an der Straße, Verkehrslärm sehr laut, nur bei geschlossenem Fenster kann man schlafen. Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

yataklar pek rahat değil. Çift kişilik yatak yoktu, iki tek kişilik yatak yan yana yerleştirilmiş ve birbirinden kolayca ayrılıyordu. Aile odasında banyo camı şeffaf ve tuvalet kilitlenmiyor.

Very spacious, clean room, friendly staff
Pros:

Clean, large room with lots of space. Staff were very helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The only thing is the shower was a bit open in the twin room if you are not sharing with a partner but a family member or friend etc.

Cons:

Leider keine Auflademöglichkeit der Akku's in der Tiefgarage. Wurden von der Hotelmanagerin barsch darauf hingewiesen, dass wir unsere Fahrräder nicht vor dem Hoteleingang abstellen sollen, obwohl ich gerade in der Lobby war um dort einzuchecken. Freundlich ist eben anders.

Das Frühstück

Cons:

Nach öfterem auffordern bekam ich doch erst 6h nach Datenangabe die Öffis-Gästetickets. Im Kühlschrank waren überall tote Mücken, alles klebte und es war richtig unhygienisch.

Die Dusche sowieso das WC waren nicht geputzt, überall lange schwarze Haare und ein Duschsatz von den vorherigen Gästen. Im WC sieht ein Bahnhofklo vermutlich deutlich sauberer aus.

An Teppichen waren extreme Staubränder und man fühlte sich durch die Minifenster wie in einem Urlaubsknast.

Dinge wurden uns versprochen sie kommen gleich aufs Zimmer hoch ( Zimmernr. notiert und gekommen ist nie was ).

Die Sauna hatte 4h nach Öffnung wahre 30 Grad, die Duschen dort waren extrem verschmutzt und kalkig, einzig das Dampfbad hat nach längerem Sitzen funktioniert aber auch dort wurden bis zu 4 Aromen versprochen, funktioniert hat keines.

I am writing to report an issue with my reservation at Plaza Premium Salzburg. Upon arrival, I discovered that the second bed provided in the room is completely different from the photographs displayed in the room description on your website. I chose this specific room relying on the images provided, and this discrepancy is a significant issue for me. I have attached both the screenshots from your website and photos of the actual bed I was provided as evidence.Could you please assist me with providing a partial refund 50% for the inconvenience. I look forward to your prompt assistance.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile mi ha aiutato con il parcheggio. Il parcheggio è subito sotto l’hotel con una piccola quota da pagare a parte hotel molto pulito a 20 minuti dal centro.

Pros:

The room was decent, a bit overpriced, 2 single beds, carpet on the ground. Desk, fridge, TV, everything for a comfortable stay. Street parking was available on the other side of the avenue, near the kebab shop.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have a door. I stayed with a friend and it was annoying to shower.
20€/day for parking is a bit much.
