Not "Premium"
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was great. The breakfast was great too.

Cons:

The room was big, but dirty in places - heavy dust in corners and under the bed (you could see it when seated on the armchairs facing the bed). We ran out of hand wash and shower gel after the first night. We requested for these to be replaced three times. At one point we were given mini hand soaps (from different venues). In the end, we just bought our own from shops as we gave up asking. This hotel may have premium in the name, but it wasn't premium in its offering. We were very disappointed and wouldn't return to this hotel. Compared to other hotels we stayed on our trip, this was one of the more expensive ones, but offered less than a Premier Inn in the UK.

Good value on the edge of town
Pros:

A nice hotel with good facilities and breakfast. Don’t forget to get your free tourist transit pass if you are staying a few days as this gives you access to free public transport during your stay.

Cons:

The location is a bit out of town, only 10 minutes by bus but a long walk. Don’t be put off by the exterior - the inside is nice 😊.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία του, το προσωπικό ήταν σχετικά ευγενικό, τα δωμάτια καθαρά, δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα. Όμως..

Αφού κάναμε check out και φύγαμε απο το ξενοδοχείο, μετά απο 3 ολόκληρες ώρες με χρέωσαν 100€! Πήρα αμέσως τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω τον λόγο. Η απάντηση ήταν : Δεν μπορούμε να σας απαντήσουμε τηλεφωνικά, πρέπει να στείλετε email. Έστειλα αμέσως email! Δεν απάντησε κανείς! Την επόμενη μέρα αφού βρισκόμουν ακόμα στο Σάλτσμπουργκ πήγα στο ξενοδοχείο να ρωτήσω απο κοντά τον λόγο.. Και αυτό που μου απάντησαν ήταν : οι τρίχες του σκύλου στο πάτωμα!!!!! Δηλαδή : Επιτρέπονται τα σκυλάκια, με χρέωση εννοείται, αλλά πρέπει να είναι χωρίς τρίχωμα όπως φαντάζομαι θα λέει η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου! Αυτό έπρεπε να το ξεκαθαρίζουν απο την αρχή, γιατί ως πελάτες δεν θα μπορούσαμε να φέρουμε και την σκούπα μας μαζί. Τέλοσπαντων, το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο αυτο!

It’s ok. Few things mentioned need to be addressed.
Pros:

Easily reachable from every corner of the city. Everything outside the washroom in the room is ok

Cons:

In the toilet the water has no force from the sink or while bathing. In the bath tub i observed the water was not draining quickly. On checking further I observed it was clogged with human hair.
