La chambre climatisée, la qualité du petit déjeuner
L'absence d'ascenceur
Un hotel micuț și cochet, însă curat și suficient pentru un city break în Paris. Personalul amabil, micul dejun suficient de diversificat și gustos. Locația este foarte bună, foarte aproape de stația de metrou, dar și de cea de autobuz. Am ajun în toate zonele importante din Paris foarte ușor. Este plin de cafenele, magazine și restaurante, o zonă foarte drăguță.
Nu am nimic de obiectat
Работники были приятными и доброжелательными. Достаточно хороший завтрак, чистый уютный небольшой дворик. Приятная атмосфера, персонал улыбается и заинтересован в помощи постояльцам в их вопросах.
1. Кондиционер грязный, забитый пылью. Он еле дует даже на максимальной скорости. Очень не довольны, приходилось открывать окна, что было черевато тем, что все жучки, паучки и комары были у нас в комнате.
2. Как только мы заехали и начали переодеваться, у нас открывается комната и хотят зайти работники, извините, но когда вы две девушки, после такой ситуации вы не будете чувствовать себя безопасно в номере.
3. Персонал уборки вызвал у нас негодование. Мужчина не разговаривал на английском из-за чего коммуникация была катастрофической, но это пол беды, из этой ситуации можно было выйти с помощью переводчика. Неприятности произошли, когда мы повесили табличку «не беспокоить» И НАС БЕСПОКОИЛИ. Мы могли использовать эту табличку 3 дня подряд и отказываться от уборки. Мы захотели от неё отказаться из-за наличия ценных вещей и отсутствия сейфа в номере. На второй день, к нам стучаться. Мы показываем табличку, что висит на двери и нас отправляют на ресепшен. В общем, совершенно непонятная для меня ситуация произошла, но мы все же позволили убраться. Как результат: полотенца не были заменены, хотя на второй день, когда табличка не весела, работник заменил нам и пастель и полотенца, почему на этот раз не заменил, нам не известно. Но самое главное - непереносимая вонь в ванной комнате. Пахло канализацией, очень сильно и неприятно. До этой уборки проблем с запахом не было. Было не приятно находиться в туалете. Так как, когда мы заметили это был уже вечер, к персоналу обращаться уже было поздно, нам пришлось залить пол душевой, сток раковины и унитаз шампунем, чтобы хоть как-то улучшить ситуацию и это правда помогло. Я правда не знаю, чем он нам помыл ванную.
4. Проблемы со стримингом на телевизоре. Телевизор не подключался в интернету и мы не смогли его нормально использовать. Но как плюс, там были каналы на разных языках, не много, но были. Заявленную функцию использования Смарт ТВ мы не получили, хотя работник ресепшена честно пытался нам помочь.
De locatie was super goed.
La chambre était grande , avec la climatisation , des grands lits , la salle de bain aussi avec une grande baignoire et douche.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et en quantité.
Nous étions à deux minutes d'une station de métro .
Le matin , nous pouvions rempli nos gourdes d'eau fraiche , ce qui était très appréciable .
Le personnel très agréable .
J'y retournerai volontiers si l'occasion se présente .
Pas de volets aux fenêtres , mais c'est le problème dans tous les hôtels , étant sensible à la lumiere je me réveille des que le jour se lève , malgré les rideaux occultants
L'accueil est très sympathique. L'hôtel est vraiment très mignon et très bien situé près du métro. Personnel très serviable.
