Excellent 4 star hotel with convenient location and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Awesome location out of the tourist fray yet handy to subway and streetcar. Half hour walk to historic old town. Excellent facilities and breakfast buffet. Don’t forget to reserve the sauna so you can have it to yourself and allow their housekeepers to prepare it. Very nice lobby bar and restaurant where Josef makes visitors feel welcome and is happy to give advice on making your stay comfortable. Great space to unwind after busy days seeing the many sights. Staff at desk were also helpful with the usual needs like airport transportation direction. Would love to visit again!

Pros:

Der ideale Standort. 5 Min von der Metro in Richtung City.Das super Frühstück. Die gemütliche Bar wo man nach den Besichtigungstouren noch gemütlich ein Bier oder sonstiges genießen kann. Mit dem Auto kein Problem, da Tiefgarage. Zudem ist das Hotel bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und selbst zur Straßenseite hört man so gut wie nichts da die Fenster vermutlich schallisoliert sind.

Cons:

Vielleicht der etwas teure Preis pro Tag für die Tiefgarage von ca. 25 Euro.

Top Hotel, empfehlenswert. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist top. Ich hatte ein Executive-Zimmer im 7.Stock mit Balkon. Schön groß und modern gemütlich eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und sehr ruhig dank Schallisolierung. Der Ausblick war klasse.
Super freundliches Personal überall.
Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und reichhaltig.
Abends kann man in der Lobby-Bar noch verweilen und sich einen Drink mixen lassen. Snacks und Abendessen habe ich nicht probiert.
Die Lage des Hotels außerhalb der City ist sehr gut. In 8 Minuten zu Fußist man im Viertel Andel mit Geschäften und Restaurants, Metro, Straßenbahn usw. Man muss nur 3 Metrostationen fahren und ist mitten in der Altstadt.
Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße.. Gegenüber befindet sich seit Jahren eine Großbaustelle. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts davon. Wer diesen Ausblick gar nicht mag, sollte nach einem Zimmer nach hinten raus fragen (Park) oder nach einem höheren Stockwerk.

Cons:

Das Bett war für meinen Rücken zu hart. Aber das ist ein persönliches Problem und Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Auf der Fernbedienung des TV war auch Netflix vorgesehen, aber leider nicht installiert. Schade.

Perfect
Pros:

Our time in Restaurant and lobby bar its amazing, mr. Robert is very friendly and make our day better. This Hotel and Restaurant its same like lot of Hotels in prague nothing special but stuff from reception and lobby bar make everithing special and friendly, thanks for all guys from my visit but I remamber only mr. Robert, please deal with them thanks from me.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We have recently returned from an exceptional stay.
Great welcome on arrival at this lovely modern hotel.
A cake in the room for my husbands birthday.
Room bright, modern and spotless with a lovely bathroom.
Bed super comfy with nice linen and pilllows. Room temperature peefect.
The hotel is in a great location, Praha 5 is lovely with lots of bars and restaurants around the area and down by the river.
We used bolt to go into main city centre but walked everywhere else.
Josef ( i think that is correct) was very kind and friendly but all staff were very nice.
We loved every moment and will definately return.

Przytulnie, czysto, smacznie. Bardzo mocną stroną jest profesjonalny i przyjazny personel:)

snídaně lepší průměr o proti srovnatelným hotelům. ubytování v lokalitě smíchovského nádraží které je v přestavbě není zrovna to ořechové ale vbudoucnu to může být hezké ubytování v blízkosti veškeré obslužnosti.
