Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Great location, great place to stay for kids but the rooms need a really good clean!
Pros:

The location was great. Close to Pacific Fair and walking distance to the beach and coffee shops. Great set up for the kids with the pools and playground.

Cons:

Our room needed a really good clean! I moved the bed to make it and found a banana peel stuck to the bottom of the bed head. Both toilet doors had urine splatter on the back of them and the floors were dusty and not clean when we arrived. The room needed a good vacuum and mop. Couldn’t walk around without shoes on as it felt dirty.

Overall we had a great stay and were lucky to get a great apartment. Was good value for money.
Pros:

The lagoon pool, BBQ facilities and playground were great, especially the heated pool for our toddler. Parking spot was convenient.The 2 bedroom apartment was big, we were lucky to overlook the lagoon pool waterfall spa. It had 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise and the kitchen seemed to be recently updated and modern.

Cons:

We did wake up to the construction in the mornings, but wasn’t too much of a bother. The leather couch was a bit worse for wear.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time together celebrating a significant milestone however experience impacted by the poor

Location was excellent. BBQ area and pool are great for families with kids.

Cons:

Our family booked out several units in the complex to celebrate my Mothers 80th bday. My parents stayed in unit 49 and shortly after accessing the unit they noticed a water leak coming thru the ceiling in the main bathroom area. Maintenance staff attended and the solution that was provided was for my elderly parents to turn off the mains when they didn’t need to use water and turn the mains back on again if they needed to use the toilet, shower or use water for any reason. I have sent a message to the management at the resort but didn’t get the courtesy of a response. Need to do better Diamond Beach resort.

Pros:

Convenient to the beach. Unit had everything we needed. They accommodated my personal requests with no hassle. Great for the kids!!

Cons:

They kiosk could stock a little more different products to cover for people who have travelled a long way and may have forgotten stuff. The only thing i noticed about the unit was the back balcony windows were filthy. That did not take away our great experience tho. A smoking area would be great for us dirty smokers

Well priced family accommodation in great location.
Pros:

Great location for young families. Close walk to park, playground, beach, supermarket and eateries. Layout of units was very good around the central pool, playground and BBQ areas with lots of foliage in between for privacy and screening. My daughter and I were in u143 on middle of 3 levels in a 2brm apartment which was clearly not new but spacious and clean with lots of kitchen equipment and pantry items on hand. I was really impressed with the pool and BBQ area. There were heaps of pool options for different ages, including shaded, heated and spa areas. There were also numerous clean BBQs, tables and seating spread throughout with scourer and cloth on each to clean up afterwards. Reception staff were generally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There are no lifts so there was a bit of effort getting bags up stairs to room. Beds were a bit squeaky but comfortable. We had an issue with casting to our tv but reception got maintenance man to correct it.

We had a 3 bedroom suite with 1 queen bed and 4 singles and unfortunately 5 of the 6 underlays were dirty with the one on the queen bed very dirty
