I stayed here randomly recently. No booking.
The young lady on the front desk that evening was amazing, very helpful and considerate.the room was great. I loved the location and how quite the neighborhood was.
My only negative experience was the older woman on the from desk this morning 24/7. Cranky and rude. I hope the girl on afternoon shift gets paid a lot more she was a ray of sunshine.
People were fantastic especially front desk. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great and had a nice bar area as well as the views of the mountains were out of this world. Bathroom was nice and clean. Gardens were nice as well. A real piece of history.
Air conditioning was poor. It could not cool the room. They tried everything including reset if programing. It just would not work. Lady at front desk gave us a bucket of ice and water to help.
It was nice staying here, a beautiful location, a calm place and quiet, the room was a vintage style and I really appreciated the apples which you coule take “to go” for the hiking.
La villa se encuentra a las afueras de Belluno, ideal para descansar antes de visitar el parque natural. La cena y el desayuno fueron magnificos, el personal super atento: nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para visitar Belluno y el parque. La cama y la estancia comodisimas :)
Por decir algo, la ducha con hidromasage no funcionaba en nuestro cuarto. Nada importante.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Hotel Villa Carpenada. The hotel is beautifully fitted out, and our room was quite large and spacious. It has a formal but friendly restaurant and if the weather is fine you can dine out on the terrace under cover with lovely views over the valley. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Being out of town, it is nice and quiet with plenty of parking. One word of warning the hotel information said there was a shuttle bus into Belluno, it's actually a local bus that runs every hour, and wasn't a worthwhile option. If you are driving we found the best parking at Car Park Lambioi. It has an escalator that takes you up from the car park to the Duomo (and Tourist Info office) and it's free after 7pm.
The bar was a bit dark and souless and didn't feel connected to the lovely terrace. OK in good weather not so good when there was an early evening thunderstorm.
From the moment we arrived, this quaint and cozy hotel felt like a home away from home—warm, welcoming, and wonderfully relaxing. The hospitality was exceptional, and every detail of the accommodations was thoughtfully cared for.
The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to truly rest and recharge. One of the highlights was the generous breakfast spread, which we enjoyed on the sunny terrace. It was the perfect way to begin the day.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts for their genuine kindness and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Pokud se chcete cítit jako na zámku, jeďte sem, tady o vás bude náležitě postaráno. Večeře i snídaně byla velmi chutná. Postel byla pohodlná. Masážní sprcha po celém dni v sedle přišla velmi vhod. 👍
