O que mais me desagradou foi a falta de transparência no processo de reserva. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com acreditando que ficaria hospedada no Les Sources de Caudalie, conforme anunciado. No entanto, somente após efetuar o pagamento, recebi a confirmação informando que minha hospedagem seria em uma propriedade associada, chamada Château Le Thil.

Embora as duas propriedades sejam vinculadas, as experiências oferecidas são bastante diferentes, tanto em relação à estrutura quanto à localização e ao acesso às comodidades. Além disso, o único meio de transporte disponibilizado pelo Château Le Thil para chegar ao Les Sources de Caudalie são bicicletas, o que se torna inviável à noite, especialmente para hóspedes que, como nós, viajam sem carro alugado.

Considero essa situação bastante frustrante e incompatível com o padrão de serviço esperado de um hotel dessa categoria. A informação sobre a propriedade em que o hóspede efetivamente ficará hospedado deveria ser apresentada de forma clara e transparente antes da confirmação e do pagamento da reserva, assim como as limitações de deslocamento entre as duas propriedades.

Jeg kunne rigtig godt lide hovedhotellet, vi havde ikke været opmærksomme på, at vi havde booket gæstehuset som ligger 0,9 km fra selve hotellet med alle de gode faciliteter.

Cons:

Jeg er i tvivl om Le Thil (gæstehuset) også er 5 stjerner, eller om det er fordi det er slået sammen med hotellet? Værelset var rigtig charmerende, men næste gang ville jeg klart booke hotellet.
