Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For all cancelations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
For all cancelations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The best hotel in Paris
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Mathis was simply wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, safe, charming, and close enough that we explored all the main attractions on foot. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, with a cozy bed and a lovely street view. We left with happy memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Mathis to anyone visiting Paris. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic hotel in an incredible area
Pros:

Amazing location, close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was great and a lovely little balcony ee ate breakfast on.

Cons:

Bit of bad luck on the Friday, there was no hot water for a shower which when youve been up since 2.30am and have a show to attend that evening was not ideal. I dont want to rate too badly as it feels like this was just one of those uncontrollable things but still not ideal

Café da manhã medíocre , fraco, servido no bar ao lado, entre o hotel e flat do mesmo grupo, com funcionários extremamente mal educados.
300 Euros a diaria é um assalto
