Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Quite a spacious room for Paris' norms! Perfect location for me. Wonderful staff. Loved to have tea and coffee in the room and enough water, all for free. To have enough space made me feel very comfortable as well. The double windows kept all noise from the city outside.

Cons:

It's an old building with all its pros and cons - a bit noisy from within the building, few sockets, a bit of paintwork is due. Not so handy that there is only one socket where the coffeemaker and kettle are - in my case the coffeemaker was plugged in, so I had to move the kettle to the bedside table. As I was on my own, I didn't mind that. A pity that the bodylotion was not renewed after having used it the first morning.

Hotel muito bem localizado mas que é 3 estrelas no máximo.
Pros:

Localização e o silêncio.

Cons:

Não tem espelho para ver o corpo todo. O elevador é minúsculo. Secador de cabelo muito ruim. Não tem local para café da manhã.

Super Hotel für einen Sightseeing Trip
Pros:

Sehr schönes, typisches Pariser Hotel.
Das Zimmer war großzügig, gut geschnitten und sauber.
Besonders die Lage ist sensationell! Zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigen und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Nebengasse. Rundherum viele schöne Lokale und Bistro.

Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch, dass der Zimmerschlüssel bei der Rezeption verwahrt wird, wenn man das Hotel verlässt.
Die Koffer konnten wir ganz unkompliziert am Abreisetag im Hotel gelagert lassen und auch noch die sehr sauberen Sanitärräume vor der endgültigen Abreise nutzen.

Sehr kurios fanden wir den winzigen Aufzug, der aber völlig ausreichend ist :)

Cons:

Ein paar Haken im Vorzimmer und Badezimmer wären sehr praktisch!
Auch das fast durchsichtige, nicht saugfähige Toilettenpapier ist einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht würdig!

Perfect location with beautiful rooms and extremely friendly staff
Pros:

Ideal location steps from Champs-Élysées, we were able to easily get everywhere by walking and nearby buses/metro. The staff truly went above and beyond in accommodating us and ensuring that we felt welcomed; they greeted us with a smile each time we entered and exited the hotel. The cafe downstairs was an excellent place to start the day and the staff were knowledgable about recommendations for bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was beautiful and spacious, I loved being able to open the windows out onto the street. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Paris with an incredible staff of friendly people.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, convenient to everything in Paris, and the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Part of the charm was the beautiful single-occupant elevator. I only rode it once, opting to take the stairs instead to avoid claustrophobia. After a week of 5 floors of stairs, my legs were a little exhausted, but probably better for it.

Experiência que quero repetir!!!!
Pros:

A hospitalidade dos funcionários é maravilhosa, fazem muito alem do que o esperado. Te auxiliam em tudo e tornam a experiência muito mais tranquila. O café da manhã é ótimo. É servido por uma cafeteira ao lado da recepção, mas pode-se combinar itens do cardápio, de forma que podemos tomar um café da manhã diferente todos os dias. Outro ponto é a localização, excelente!!!!!! Muito próxima a uma tranquila estação de Metro, mas em curtas caminhadas, 15-25, podemos ir nas principais atrações de Paris!!!! Não poderia deixar de falar do quarto, do conforto, ar condicionado….
