Short stay!
Pros:

We liked the the location. Although parking space is i guess limited.
The buffet breakfast was goed enough to start your day with!
The employees are very friendly.

Cons:

We, my two girlfriends and me, stayed here for two nights.
Room 21 is located at thier annex building without an elevator. The stairs steps are very small, which i find dangerous 😳.
The room is very very very small for three adults. There was no space for luggages. We had to put our luggages on our bed to take out clothes to wear for the day because we couldn't hang our clothes. There were only 3 hangers!!
The mattresses were very soft leading backache upon waking up. The side edges of the mattresses were hanging about 10cm and had no support at all because they placed two single 90cm width mattresses on top of a 160cm width bedframe.The 3rd bed was good enough.
It was ridiculous to create a 3 persons bedroom in such a very small space.
The bathroom was spacious though the shower area is also quiet small. There were not enough hooks to hang our towels. I'm so glad I have 2 flexible girlfriends who found a way for us to have a pleasant stay and quality time bonding. No electric kettle in the room!

Pros:

Frühstück gut Fragen an der rezeption waren wenn einer da war nicht helfent weil nicht viel ahnung

Cons:

Parkplätze nicht ausreichent und nicht markiert deshalb chaos am wochenende durch zuparken

Erg grote teleurstelling van het duurste hotel tijdens het wandelen van het Pieterpad.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima

Cons:

De kamer was niet voorzien van airco. Nu slaap ik niet graag met de airco aan, dus dit maakte niet uit. Wat je op z' n minst mag verwachten van een grote hotelketen is een kamer met degelijke isolatie en ventilatie zodat het geen sauna word. Daar ging ik dus vanuit.. Maar het was niet om te harden en zelfs het handvat van het raam was te heet om vast te pakken. Niet dat het raam open moet, want daar straalt de hitte van het dak zo de kamer in. Als je een kamer aanbied, en besluit deze niet van airco te voorzien zorg je toch wel dat het op z'n minst behaaglijk en leefbaar is. Er is een klein budget ventilatortje op de kamer die niks doet. Het was een hete dag, maar het slaat nergens op.
Bij de opmerking hierover krijg je een sarcastische opmerking van het personeel: "dat had je kunnen verwachten als je een kamer boekt zonder airco". Als hotelketen heb je een bepaalde standaard te zetten. Ook hadden ze geen personeel voor het restaurant (hebben ze al erg lang last van aan de ervaringen op internet te lezen). Doe jezelf een plezier en kies een van de vele andere hotels in dezelfde straat..

Vooor een nacht prima onder een schuin dak
Cons:

Dat ik 2 keer betaald heb , een keer pinnen ter plaatse en met creditcard gelijk bij reservering bij Booking . Com stond daar niet in t systeem!

Pros:

Goed lawaai op de kamer ‘s nachts. Normaal kon je ‘s avonds eten in het restaurant maar daar was niets .

Cons:

Hygiëne. Als je gedoucht had stond de hele badkamer onder water. Douchebak lekt.

Prima en verouderd.
Pros:

Alles qua receptie en ontbijt was prima goed en heerlijk. De bedden prima en schoon.

Cons:

Het probleem was de verouderde kamer in het zeer verouderde gebouw. De verwarming tikte permanent en hield ons uit onze slaap.
