Exceptional little hotel in a fantastic location to support tourist activities. An older building with structural limit
Pros:

Safe, clean, great location, staff responsive to our every request, air conditioning , simple but excellent traditional breakfast. Overall good value.

Cons:

This is an older building and there are structural and age related conditions one must be willing to accept. For example the elevator starts on the what North Americans call the second floor ,leaving older tourists with what can be a difficult climb with a heavy suitcase.

Excellent, warm friendly staff and a beautiful building in a central location.
Pros:

The property was very clean, light and airy. The staff were friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome.
The location is perfect, a few minutes from the Louvre and metro/ buses.
We had breakfast every morning for 10€ per person, it was basic but a nice variety of bread,croissants, cereal and cheeses, we enjoyed it.
We will definitely be returning, we had a lovely break. There are also a large choice of restaurants and bars close by. We would definitely recommend.

Cons:

If you need a lift, you have to go up one flight of stairs to access it. It is tiny, only fits 2 people. Didn’t bother us though.

An awful room. Not as advertised. Overpriced. Not recommended.
Pros:

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and maintained in that condition. Good location.

Cons:

The room was tired, drab, dark and noisy. Worse was the bathroom. I would class this as a cupboard. Its dimensions were approximately 1 x 3 metres. It was not possible to use the toilet without colliding with the wash hand basin and vice versa. Single occupation only. The shower door had to be held closed during use. The room safe was not provided with batteries and it was therefore impossible to set any personal code. It is clear that Hotel management blatantly use selective photographs when advertising the Hotel to portray colourful, well decorated rooms with modern, large well equipped bathrooms. This was not our experience but was the experience we were expecting given that was the information displayed on the Booking.com website. I challenge management at the Hotel to photograph and display shots of room 312 including the bathroom. This was the room we occupied and patently paid over the odds for. Had it been possible we would have relocated to another hotel.

Pros:

zona tranquilla, piena di locali e con un supermercato vicino. super vicina alla metropolitana pyramides e a meno di 10 min a piedi da louvre e 10 min dall’opera garnier! personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ascensore presente dal primo piano in su. camera di dimensioni corrette e molto pulita. con tende oscuranti e finestre bene isolanti. bagno piccolino ma con tutto (phon compreso, sapone e un asciugamano grande e uno da viso).
