free parking, close to the airport (10 minutes by car), about a 25-minute walk along the coast to Newquay town centre, quiet location

Pros:

Pleasent stuff, lovely sea views, close to the sea and beach. Cleanliness in general.

Cons:

Some features need updating like for example the curtains in the room were hanging from one of the corners and paint on some walls needed doing. Nothing major though.

Was good for adults but found it expensive and hard work for an adult travelling alone with a child.
Pros:

Facilities were good, breakfast was good and with lots of choice. The swimming pool was well cared for and was clean.

Cons:

The room was located on the top floor and was extremely difficult to get two cases up steep steps. The bathroom smelled of stagnant water, with the weather so hot we had to keep the door closed. Not a lot of ventilation in the room, but we did have a small fan. Breakfast was great for myself and value for money, would have been good to have a child option for breakfast as it was expensive for my daughter who only had a bowl of tinned fruit salad.

Allasalue oli viihtyisä ja siisti. Aamupala oli erinomainen!

Cons:

Käytävät oli sokkeloiset ja raput jyrkät. Pienten lasten ja isojen laukkujen kanssa oli hyvin hankalaa. Suihku oli huonossa kunnossa.
