Pros:

The atmosphere had a warm welcome soon as you arrived.
Staff very helpful and polite especially the hotel manager.
Fair bar prices for the class of the hotel.
Breakfast good choice and lovely surroundings in the garden room to eat in.
Overall a very good experience.
Highly recommend a visit.

Pros:

Room small but clean and comfortable with nice view.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin so noise transmission (TV and talking) quite bad, fire door out side of the room slams shut and clearly audible in the room.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and not far from the center of newquay.

Cons:

The only thing that I could complain about is the rooms are noisy. The walls between the rooms are thin and you hear people through the wall.

Ideal stay for both family and couples and set in a lovely place!
Pros:

Breakfast had a good choice, full english or just choose what you wanted, also have options such as fruit, cereal, toast, honey etc all with tea, coffee and orange juice. Lovely people working at the hotel, you have options to bring your own food in for dinner and they supplied plates, serviettes and knives and forks and you could either eat in your room or downstairs, we were able to leave our car longer on the last day which was great and highly recommend the staff. There is a great swimming pool which is a bonus and set close to the lovely beach Porth and easy to walk to Newquay.

Cons:

For us, there was nothing we disliked as we felt whatever we did ask, there were no issues.

Not worth the money paid
Pros:

Good facilities on the whole,

Cons:

Room bathroom smelly and not cleaned properly
Room sold as sea view, you could only see the sea if you put your head under the tv and looked at an angle
Obvious blockage somewhere in bathroom pipework as shower overflowed and flooded the floor, sink drainage ‘bubbled ‘
Was told there was no one there from maintenance
