Pros:

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est l'organisation de l'hôtel. Dans les moindres détails, tout est pensé pour faire plaisir aux clients. C'est extrêmement appréciable que la table qui nous est attribuée au restaurant soit toujours la même tout au long de notre séjour. Ce qui fait qu'on n'a pas à avoir peur que quelqu'un occupe notre place ou courir dans tous les sens. Et puis, une autre chose qui nous a énormément plu, bien que ce soit un all inclusive, c'est le personnel qui nous sert. Ce qui veut dire qu'il n'y a pas de gaspillage et surtout que les enfants ne courent pas dans tous les sens.

Absolutely 100% totally recommend
Pros:

I have been to 5 stars hotels that have not been as good as Hotel Club Saraceno. Every attention to detail, the design, the cleanliness, the amenities, the friendliness of the staff, the pools, the private beach, was exceptional!

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek
Pros:

Piękny, bardzo zadbany i świetnie położony resort. Doskonała czystość w całym obiekcie, cudowna roślinność, bardzo ładna plaża i bardzo dobre posiłki. Personel bardzo miły i przyjazny. Spędziliśmy tu wspaniały wakacyjny czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy!

Toller Urlaub in einer traumhaften Anlage
Pros:

Der große Pool, das Meer, die gesamte Anlage sind wunderschön.
Tolles Animationsprogramm, sehr vielfältig, es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Super Personal und Service: bei Ankunft hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Diese Probleme wurden umgehend vom Personal behoben.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber.
Jeden Abend tolle Live-Musik an der Bar.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte man eine etwas breitere und abwechslungsreiche Obstauswahl anbieten. Schade fanden wir, dass man beim Abendessen nur drinnen sitzen kann.
Das Abendprogramm hat sehr spät begonnen, erst gegen 22 Uhr.

Pros:

Strand en zwembad op loopafstand, goed onderhouden, netjes. Service met de koffers bij aankomst. Hygiënisch bij ontbijt. Personeel vriendelijk en denkt mee.

Cons:

Parkeren erg onhandig en weinig plek. Geen kleine supermarkt op resort. Veel groen waardoor je op begane grond last had van mieren. Hier gelijk wel een nieuwe kamer voor gekregen!

Voltaríamos com certeza.
Pros:

Passamos seis dias incríveis no Club Saraceno. O hotel é lindo, extremamente bem cuidado, com paisagismo maravilhoso, instalações modernas e uma localização privilegiada junto a uma praia de areia clara e mar azul cristalino.
A gastronomia foi um dos pontos altos. O café da manhã é excelente, com enorme variedade e ótima qualidade. Experimentamos tanto o restaurante buffet quanto o à la carte. A comida é muito boa nos dois, mas nossa experiência no à la carte foi especialmente agradável pela localização próxima ao mar e pelo atendimento excepcional. Um agradecimento especial aos garçons Pietro e Giada, que nos atenderam sempre com muita atenção e simpatia.
A estrutura náutica da praia também nos surpreendeu. Há caiaque, stand-up paddle, windsurf e pequenos veleiros incluídos, além de outras atividades pagas. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente o Iago, que nos acompanhou durante vários dias com muito cuidado, atenção e boas orientações de segurança.
A programação de entretenimento também merece elogios. As atividades noturnas foram excelentes e adoramos especialmente os espetáculos de ilusionismo e mágica. A recreação infantil funciona muito bem e nosso filho aproveitou bastante. Foram dias muito felizes. O hotel oferece uma combinação excelente de praia, gastronomia, esporte, entretenimento e estrutura familiar. Com pequenos investimentos em enxoval, amenities e alguns detalhes dos quartos, a experiência poderia ficar ainda mais próxima da perfeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Cons:

O quarto era bonito e confortável, mas menor do que esperávamos. O banheiro é pequeno e a porta de vidro de correr oferece pouca privacidade. A qualidade dos produtos de higiene e da roupa de cama também poderia ser melhor para um hotel desse nível.
O restaurante buffet tem ótima comida, mas a experiência pode ser um pouco barulhenta e confusa devido ao número de pessoas e à enorme quantidade de estações. Na recreação infantil, gostaríamos de ver ainda mais atividades ao ar livre, aproveitando a excelente estrutura de praia, piscina e esportes, e um pouco menos de atividades realizadas em espaços fechados.
