Simple accommodation with lovely views
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely location right on the river. There is a walking path along the river leading to a fabulous little coffee van that operates on weekends (5 minute walk). There are pubs, restaurants and cafes within walking distance in various directions (15 - 20 minute walk). The communication with the property was easy. The instructions received for late check in were easy to follow. We reported problems with our room the day after check-in which were dealt with quickly and efficiently - which was much appreciated. The kitchenette was well equipped and had good quality wine glasses.

Cons:

There is very little wardrobe space in the rooms. No drawers or shelves available - just a small cupboard for hanging clothes (which was already filled with spare pillow and portable luggage rack). The bedroom is not big enough to store a suitcase - so it had to be kept in the lounge room. The leather lounge is worn (scratched and a sunken). The water view is pretty but was detracted somewhat by the dirty windows. Some artwork and decorative items would make the apartments feel a lot brighter and more cosy.

Great location, lovely surroundings, friendly staff, we had a great apartment on the first floor, very comfy bed and very quiet, kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, coming back soon with our little dog !

Cons:

Can't really think of anything...couldn't eat all the breakfast as it was too big:)

difficulty accessing the building due to faulty gate and given the wrong room key so couldnt get into my room initially and the couldnt leave as nigh manager had to open room and no replacement key available until the next am.

Pros:
