Pros:

Small friendly boutique hotel with lovely staff. Traditional old building in a great and very central location. Close to all amenities, Les Halles de Biarritz, restaurants and bars. We booked room with Juliet balcony and had lovely outlook over Jardin Public. Good size room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Minibar reasonably priced. Nespresso coffee machine in room which is always an added bonus. Good breakfast.

Cons:

no cuidan las instalaciones, nuestro colchón estaba muy usado y apañado con una manta para que no se notara demasiado, inaceptable!

Cons:

It would have been good if they could serve food. Clearly they didn’t do hot food but perhaps sandwiches and salads.

Magnifique demeure, très bien placée, des prestations de qualité.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche du centre ville, dans une rue calme. L'établissement est magnifique, très bien entretenu, très propre. La décoration est ravissante. L'ensemble du personnel est charmant, très à l'écoute. Petit plus : les soins et massages proposés sont de qualité.
