The location is excellent. We had a premium room with a terrace which was perfect for relaxing before dinner. The hotel is gorgeous. Also their massages are very good.

lo staff è apparso cordiale ma poco empatico. Ci è stato chiesto, il giorno prima, a che ora saremmo arrivati e abbiamo indicato l'orario (all'incirca le ore 12.00); tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati in struttura, alle ore 12.00, ci è stato comunicato che comunque la stanza sarebbe stata pronta per le ore 15.00. Al di là della poca flessibilità degli orari (check in ore 15.00 e check out ore 11.00) avremmo gradito che il personale ci avvisasse (già dal giorno prima) che la camera comunque sarebbe stata disponibile non prima delle ore 15.00. Piccole accortezze che, in un viaggio di piacere, fanno certamente la differenza (in fondo si trattava di una semplice comunicazione).

This hotel was delightful. We had the room with a private terrace, which added so much to our stay. Location is perfect. In a quiet street overlooking a park, a few minutes stroll from the heart of Biarritz. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

I absolutely loved this hotel and my room! The location is perfect - in the center of town and close to the beach. Everything was a 15 minute walk or less. The hotel was beautiful and I am obsessed with my room + little terrace. If I ever come back to Biarritz, I will be staying here again. Great and helpful staff too!

Great location
The room was tiny and not very comfortable. Parking was 15 minute walk away. We were not comfortable and only stayed one night . Felt like a super budget hotel but charge like a 4 star hotel
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit kleinem Garten. Schöne und saubere Zimmer mit vielen liebevollen Details. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Nur wenige Minuten zu den Stränden und ins Zentrum. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung.
