All the staff was very friendly,good location, hotel nice and clean, we also got upgrade to swim up pool room as our anniversary, the entertainment guy think his name is leo was really friendly good fun... we would definitely come back
Only a small niggle was paper cups by the pool, plastic washable cups would have been nicer
Was an Amazing Experience. All was perfect , Room, common space , food variety in restuarant and snack bar, animation top, and very professional receptionist in particular Eleni and Panormitis. We had also the opportunity to meet the mananger of hotel mrs Elena, she was so kindly and extremly PRofessional to answer our question. Hope to come back soon!!!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο και γενικά από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώθεις ότι έχεις κάνει σωστή επιλογή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και πολύ καθαρό, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό. Όλοι ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν.
Το all inclusive μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ. Το φαγητό είχε αρκετές επιλογές και ήταν πολύ καλό, ενώ το snack bar ήταν από τα καλύτερα σημεία γιατί μέσα στη μέρα πάντα υπήρχε κάτι να φας ή να τσιμπήσεις. Πολύ βολικό ειδικά όταν είσαι όλη μέρα στην πισίνα και δεν θέλεις να κοιτάς συνέχεια την ώρα για το επόμενο γεύμα.
Οι χώροι ήταν όμορφοι, η ατμόσφαιρα πολύ χαλαρή και γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ειλικρινά περάσαμε τέλεια και δεν βρήκαμε κάτι που να μας χαλάσει τη διαμονή.
Θα ξαναπηγαίναμε πολύ εύκολα και σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε και σε φίλους μας. Για εμάς ήταν πραγματικά μια πολύ ωραία 5στερη all inclusive εμπειρία! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay! Panormitis, the general manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
As we were travelling with our newborn baby, cleanliness was especially important to us, and the hotel absolutely met our expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the accommodation had everything we needed for our baby, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel was great, but what really made the experience was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
A special thank you to the manager, Panormitis , who genuinely went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made a real effort to make my partner’s birthday special, which we really appreciated.
Also a big shoutout to Kamal, who brought a great vibe and energy to the place. The bar staff and chef were also fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we felt very well looked after and had a great experience. Thank you to Panormitis and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back!

La restauration n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Certes certains plats pouvaient etre bons mais d’autres ne l’étaient pas du tout (pains, viennoiseries de mauvaise qualité, plats récurent et qualité décevante). Cela manquait de finesse comme on l’attend d’un 5 étoiles surtout en formule all inclusive ou la nourriture est l’une des choses la plus importante du séjour.
Manque d’information, nous avons découvert par hasard que l’hôtel disposait de certains transats sur l’une des plages proche de l’hôtel (très peu de transats destinés à l’hôtel).
Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais extrêmement petite
Manque d’insonorisation des chambres (plusieurs chambre ont des portes communicantes mal insonorisées)
The accommodation was perfect. I was there with my 6-year-old son, and we received a very warm welcome. They even upgraded our room. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed everything we tried. There was great music playing on the beach. We really had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. 😊

Nourriture niveaux d’un 3 étoiles, mais serveur sympathique.
La réception de te donne presque pas d’informations sur l’hôtel.
Salle de bain pas plus de 5m2 on peut presque pas bouger.
Piscine pas assez grande en tous cas pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, rempli d’enfants avec des bouée, ballon ta plus de place pour être tranquille dans la piscine.
Pas un hôtel pour du repos ou à la recherche d’un service 5 étoiles.
Hôtel pour des familles avec enfants.
Cher pour se que l’hôtel propose.
