Pros:

Convenient location, nice breakfast, reasonable room. Very helpful staff, immediately responding to any requests.

Cons:

Aircon didn't work and on top floor it got very hot (the fan could only do so much). Disrupted nights by noisy people on the same floor.

We left a day early

The location was a decent walk from the city center.

Cons:

We had begbugs in our room which significantly impacted our stay. Even though we got a different room, the situation kept haunting our thoughts. When leaving a day earlier than planned, the reaction was a sinple "ok" and that was it.

Convenable par rapport à sa situation géographique.
Pros:

L’emplacement à 5 minutes du métro ‘’Botanique’’ et à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Le jet de la douche. La literie.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur - La TV sans chaîne nationale (RTBF entre autre). Quelques signes de dégradation (dans la salle de bain et prise dans la chambre).La climatisation non opérationnelle.

Υπήρχε η αίσθηση της ακαταστασίας και έξω από τα παράθυρα στον ακάλυπτο υπήρχαν πολλά σκουπίδια και αποτσίγαρα
Επίσης η γειτονιά ήταν κακόφημη και επικίνδυνη για το βράδυ

Pros:

La nuit du 5 au 6 juin a été très médiocre. Un bruit continu provenant d'une machine (ou d'un équipement non identifié) a fonctionné toute la nuit, rendant le repos difficile. Le bruit ne s'est arrêté qu'aux alentours de 6h du matin.

Cons:

Le confort de la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur du prix payé (90 € la nuit). La literie et les équipements ne m'ont pas semblé suffisamment confortables pour cette gamme de tarif.

Le petit-déjeuner manquait également de variété par rapport aux standards habituels. De plus, lorsque certains produits étaient épuisés, le réapprovisionnement était assez lent, ce qui a limité le choix disponible pour les clients.

Schimmel im Bad und am Fenster, Ausstattung alt und defekt. Fernseher ohne Funktion, lose Kabel und defekte Steckdosen. Defekte Alarmanlage die in der Nacht mehrmals los ging.
