Pros:

I like the spa very much! The massage was very good.

Cons:

The king size bed is actually two beds.
The cocktails feel and taste cheap with a plastic glass.

This Hotel is Wonderful
Pros:

The Staff are amazing and friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a beautiful ground floor room with a Pool view and small terrace and comfy chairs. The bed, bathroom and toiletries were superb, dressing gowns and slippers too.
The AC was just simply the best. Water is provided and Tea and Coffee facilities.
The Pool was great. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds and fluffy towels provided. Large effective umbrellas and a pool Bar with talented Staff and waiter service.
There is a Rooftop bar that does very, very good food ( Pizzas, Tapas etc)
Breakfast is incredible and is served until 11.30am. Huge choice of Eggs and cooked food plus fruit, pancakes, cheese, cold meats, smoked salmon, bread and pastries. Good coffee machine and plenty of hot water for tea and juices.
The fine dining Restaurant was excellent. Beautifully cooked and presented dishes eaten on the Terrace with wine recommended by our Server.
Big shout out to all the Staff, Housekeeping and Groundsmen and the clever Bar Staff Cocktail makers. A special thankyou to Rita and Jimena for their sweet sunny smiles, hard work and endless energy.
Safe and secure underground parking too!

Location and space and building were amazing

Cons:

the beds were incredibly uncomfortable! lumpy and hard. I tried two different beds in twodifferent rooms because of an infestation of insects in the first room. just felt like it had "lost its shine" from when first built / conceived maybe. More money needs to be put into getting it into better shape. Half the jets in the pool didnt work either.

Piscina, pequeno almoço, staff.

Cons:

Eu reservei neste alojamento por ser cama de casal, após fazer o pagamento fui informado que seria 2 camas de solteiro juntas... O que foi muito desapontante para mim e para a minha companheira.
Por não ter cancelamento gratuito não pude cancelar e acabei por usufruir da estadia em duas camas de solteiro juntas o que para nós casal, foi uma desilusão, especialmente porque escolhemos a opção de cama de casal.

De tudo no geral.

Cons:

Gostaria de chamar a atenção para uma situação que observei durante a estadia. É muito frequente os hóspedes reservarem as espreguiçadeiras com toalhas durante praticamente todo o dia, mesmo quando não estão a utilizar a piscina ou até quando saem do hotel para passear.

Esta situação faz com que muitos hóspedes que realmente pretendem usufruir da piscina não encontrem espreguiçadeiras disponíveis, o que acaba por prejudicar a experiência de todos.

Espero que, no futuro, possam implementar alguma medida para evitar este tipo de abuso e promover uma utilização mais justa e equilibrada deste espaço comum.

Muy buenos servicios y estancia muy agradable

Muy amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, incluyendo parking propio
Desayuno bufet muy completo y agradable
Cuenta con spa, sauna y baño turco
Bar muy agradable y chulo y piscina exterior un poco justa para tanto alojamiento pero agradable para estar descansando

Cons:

En la habitación había hormigas y los vidrios estaban sucios, en concreto los de la ventana al exterior, cosas que me parecen impropias de un hotel de esta categoría.
Echamos en falta un sofá en la habitación
En el spa los chorros funcionaban a medias

Conforto e tamanho do quarto. Simpatia e acolhimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Quarto, no piso 0, com janela alta com vista para muro, sendo que me sinto enganada pois as fotografias não correspondem à reserva efectuada.
