Great hotel
Pros:

Great location you would not know you were in heart of city with the landscaping of the property . Very large rooms and staff was very helpful

"Uma estadia maravilhosa, com um atendimento excecional, comida excelente e um spa incrível."

Adorei absolutamente tudo na estadia. O staff é extremamente simpático e atencioso, fazendo-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos.
O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso.
A comida no bar e no bar da piscina é excelente. O restaurante oferece um ambiente muito tranquilo e agradável para as refeições, e o spa é simplesmente maravilhoso — ideal para relaxar.
A localização é ótima.
Sem dúvida, uma experiência para repetir!

Pros:

Great location to access the town and nice facilities. Nice people very helpful, lovely town mix of authentic and historical attributes. Liked the luxury and historical character that is still intact, side streets reflect the character of real life yet also the fine quality of life inherent in the food and crafts.

Cons:

No serious concerns, if I was to be a stickler regarding the 5 star rating I would say 4 stars because of some of the details…however I would not be overly critical as the effort to support the clients is evident.

Pros:

Great location, beautiful room, loved the spa services, dinner accommodated vegetarian really well and the staff were really great.
Breakfast was the very best. There wasn’t anything I could name to improve

No geral foi uma excelente estadia. É para repetir.

Excelente pequeno almoço. Excelentes instalações. Excelente localização. Excelente espaço exterior de lazer e excelente estacionamento privativo.

Cons:

Fraca limpeza da água da piscina interior. Alguns jatos de água não funcionavam.

Amazing and so central for easy walking into the historic town centre. We really were sad to leave
Pros:

The whole ambiance of the hotel. We loved it so much we booked an extra night’s stay. The swimming pool was a welcome sight after a tiring drive to the hotel from Porto. After the hustle and bustle of Porto the hotel and Evora were so relaxed and welcoming.

Cons:

We were recommended by reception to restaurants outside the hotel for our evening meal which we did for the first time night and didnt enjoy the food very much. The second night we ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. They really do need to recommend their own facilities to guests.

Fantastico!!
Pros:

Todo en general. Estabamos muy cansados del viaje y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Las habitacion muy bonita, cama comoda y personal muy amable. La ubicacion muy buena tambien.

Nos gusto todo!
