Terrible
Cons:

Booked for five nights, survived one before having to check-in to another hotel.
Dirty and dingy. The room had not been cleaned and was not up to standard. Musty, smokey smell. Oven had not been cleaned and the kitchen cupboards were scratched and old. The room had not been vacuumed, and the wardrobe cupboards were full of hair and dust. The curtains had mold. An old pair of socks were left in the room from a previous guest. The roller door to the wardrobe was broken. Bathroom had not been wiped down. I called multiple times, sent emails and messages but no one was available to assist guests, and there was no one at reception. Only person I reached was a night manager who was off site and did not know anything and could not answer my questions. Requested a cancellation through Booking.com and a refund for the remaining nights but have still had no answer. After checking in at another hotel I finally reached the owner on the phone - Roy - who was rude and hung up on me.
Terrible and disappointing start to the trip!

Great value and near everything. Not ‘luxury’ but a great stay.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Close to mall, train, Rusty market, and pretty much everything. Parking and access very easy. Two bedrooms and decent kitchen and lounge. A bit faded, but everything worked well.

Cons:

A little loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Extractor fan in bathroom not working - bit owner getting it fixed. Tony pool.

It was quite adequate, clean and OK
Pros:

It was all OK, we knew it was not in a prime location.

Cons:

This is not a LUXURY suite. For the elderley who cannot handle stairs, there are 15 steps up to the first floor, and more to the second. There is NO LIFT at this property. Also, no dishwasher, and small TV.

Great location, very spacious unit, good value
Pros:

Location was great, unit was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were great.
Everything we needed for short holiday.

Cons:

The towels were a bit thin and one was a bit ragged on the edge. Should have been an extra toilet roll as there was not a full roll when we arrived and we ran out the morning we left.

Pros:

ケアンズセントラルの目の前にありどこに行くのにも歩いて行けるので立地がよかったです。

Cons:

ドライヤーが初日から壊れておりスタッフに連絡し「大丈夫！使えるよ！」と言われましたが結局壊れたままで最終日まで使えませんでした。
滞在中はいつも湿ってボサボサの髪の毛で観光したので残念でした。

Pros:

Fantastic location. Very close to the train station and massive shopping centre. Lots of great eateries nearby.

Cons:

No lift. 30+ stairs up to second floor apartments. And no ground floor apartments.

Location great. Spacious apartment.

Cons:

Noisy. If people above too much noise , scraping furniture etc.

Bathroom especially shower needs revamp and spring clean. Water pressure not great, mouldy, needs better shelf for shampoos etc.

Bedside lamps as bright as normal light. Too much.

Cairns getaway
Pros:

It was extremely clean there was no issues there location is excellent close to the city that everything is in walking distance but far enough away from the party areas of Cairns that it's quiet at night and you can sleep.

Cons:

Ok the down side, the apartments are stuck in the mid 1990s decor wise I have to admit the "luxury" in the name is a bit of a stretch but the potential is there.
In saying that the price point they are set at is very reasonable overall I give the place a 8 out of 10 and would still recommend
