Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
- Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in.
- Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Stay here, you won't regret it!
Pros:

For a B&B, it's hotel quality. Room is clean and well appointed, neighbourhood is quiet and suburban but only a 5 minute walk from pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is top class and better than anything you'd get in a 4 star with freshly prepared meals cooked to order.

Cons:

Was a really warm night and there is no air con which is totally normal for Ireland as we don't usually need it, but a first world problem so not a real issue! We kept the window opened and were woken by the sound of the early morning traffic on the street outside.

Pros:

The friendly staff met us at reception. Our room was ready, so we were able to check in early. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty to offer. The train station is literally around the corner with plenty of shops and places to dine.

Cons:

The rooms were a little warm but if you opened the windows there was road noise. However, this was only a minor thing

Tudo tranquilo. Espero poder voltar um dia.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, conforto, limpeza, comodidade, custo-benefício, atendimento e localização. Tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar. É um local que vale a pena ser visitado.

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds
Pros:

Room was very spacious, had a mini fridge which was great. Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh and delicious

Cons:

The car park is small. On the up side, if you do get a space, Tara lodge locks the gates at night

Lovely well-appointed and welcoming small hotel near the university and public transport with an excellent choice of bre
Pros:

Close to Botanic train station, the university and lots of restaurants. Small hotel with elevator and free parking. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Best of all, when we returned for our second visit of the trip, they had a little gift of lovely macarons and a handwritten note welcoming us back.
