Functional airport hotel - nothing special but did the job and was reasonable value. The pool was a good addition.
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, helpful shuttle bus, convenience store on site.

Cons:

Not many public spaces to relax in.

We will come back. Definitely for families
Pros:

It was super close to the airports. Staff was fantastic and the breakfast was so good. So much food to choose from. Western and Japanese. The room was very good too and we liked the bathroom. The location was very convenient to spent our last 2 days in Japans before flying out. The actually spent all day at aeon mall and the hotel offers a shuttle. All in all we would want to stay here again. Also it was great that it had a family mart right in the lobby. Late check out was a fee of around $20/hour.

Cons:

The laundry was quite far away and in a different section so decided not to use it.

Very nice and would stay again
Pros:

The room was spacious and the other facilities like airport shuttle was the sweet spot with much of the hotel being very clean and tidy

Pros:

Location to the aiport & front desk staff are professional.

Cons:

Found dirty socks in our room from previous guests. Food on the carpet, chair and desk. We won't be back to this hotel.
