宿泊費がお安い。
Pros:

改装済みに部屋は綺麗でした。
宿泊費がお値打ち。

Cons:

排水の音がうるさい。部屋が少し臭う。
枕カバーやシーツが新しくなくあまり綺麗に見えない。

Very relaxing and lovely
Pros:

We loved the onsen but from the photos it looked like there was also a rottenburo. Maybe we couldn't find it but looks like there wasn't one. I love rottenburo so that was why I chose this hotel but the sauna and cold pool were great as well. We wished it were open earlier than 3pm. We also had a nice picnic lunch outside by the garden waterfall.

Cons:

Our flight got delayed and we got in after 920pm. We might have made the free shuttle bus but weren't sure where stop 26 was when we exited the airport. We took a domestic flight and when we came out of the airport there were stops but like 17 and it was a bit confusing with no signs which way to go.

In the end, my daughter was tired and we didn't want to take a chance and go right then find out we went the wrong way so we took a cab and it was Y2600.

Maybe you could explain directions on where stop 26 is when coming out of the domestic terminal, as it could be different from the international terminal. My husband had no trouble when arriving internationally to find the shuttle bus stop.

詢問接駁車時，當地櫃檯小姐沒有理會自顧自地招呼其他旅客，反而是在櫃檯的外籍櫃檯，幫我們詢問計程車，不針對國籍，只是沒有去記人員名字，以最直觀的方式描述

Pros:

The location is excellent and close to most of Kanazawa’s major attractions. The onsen bath is wonderful—we enjoyed soaking in it almost every afternoon, and most of the time I had it all to myself. Housekeeping is provided daily if you would like your bed made and room cleaned.
