Close to airport good shuttle service easy to navigate food and service acceptable
Could not change my room as it was in a smoking area I preferred non smoking
Convenient airport shuttle.
Staff who attended to me at reception wasn't friendly and curt with replies.
Concierge wasn't happy to help 2 struggling ladies with bags to rooms although we requested.
Overall not a pleasant experience compared to the other hotels we stayed in.
Location - Loved being so close to the airport. Was awesome having a nice place to relax after a long flight that was only about 15 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service was easy to find in a very convenient location.
Ammenities -The pool area had a swimming pool and a hot tub which was a nice addition. I wanted a little bit more so I paid for the extra spa option which included the sauna, cold cool and the hot spa.
There was also a Konbini onsite which was just I needed after a long flight. They had everything you could need in the bathrooms too - great for those travelling light.
Staff - exceptional! They were so welcoming and friendly. The reception staff could speak English which helped me quite a bit.
Breakfast - a great mix of western and Japanese food. At the time there was a chef making eggs at the omelette station and a pancake machine which was a bonus. I went 1 hour before closing and it was still quite busy so I would recommend going early.
I don’t think I can complain. Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would do differently next time is to book a non-smoker room because I don’t smoke.

Free airport shuttle and nice staff at reception
There was a rubbish under the bed which I didn’t realise till just before I checked out. So it’s not a big issue but some people wouldn’t have liked it.
Shuttle service was nice
Their Shuttle service at frequent intervals whether to go Airport or to the city/Mall. The staff was highly courteous and even the slight request was being attended with great attention even though it was peak season.
Little rush during peak hours. However, hotel had already anticipated this and details around it were already displayed in easy to understand method.
