quatro coisas:
1-Na chegada, eu tinha uma mala e uma pasta de computador. Depois do check in esperava que algum bagageiro me acompanhasse (o quarto fica em outro edifício diferente do da recepção). Infelizmente, tal não aconteceu;
2-Para consumir algo no restaurante, é preciso deixar um depósito no acto de check in: nunca tinha ouvido falar disso e ninguém me disse nada. Resultado: jantei e assinei para pagar no acto do check out! Foram bater à minha porta cerca das 23:00 horas, quando eu já dormia profundamente, para exigir que eu pagasse de imediato porque afinal eu não havia deixado depósito; abominável!
3-No restaurante onde se serve pequeno-almoço, pedi ao funcionário que me servisse chá à mesa: ele indicou onde eu deveria ir para servir o chá. Ou seja, não me quis servir. Entretanto, vi o mesmo servente servindo a outros nas mesas;
4-No dia do check out, recebi uma chamada às 11:10 perguntando se queria prolongar a minha estadia. Afiancei que estava a arrumar e em 10 minutos estaria na recepção a proceder ao check out. Resposta da funcionária: se não estiver aqui dentro de 10 minutos vamos imputar-lhe mais um dia. Achei inusitado!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück (im Hotel nebenan), Flughafen-Shuttleservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Cons:

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude, was ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist.
