Cute and very tiny room experience
It was covered with construction scaffolds and men working so it was not advised to open the windows at that time. But it will be more beautiful when finished!

Very convenient location. Our contact was extremely helpful. I mixed up our accommodation dates, fortunately Louis was able to help me sort it out and they had availability.
Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Spotless rooms and free bottles of water every day. It was a true game changer during the August heatwave. Breakfast was nice but we missed more hot options. Fantastic locations in a great area from which you can take a walk to most famous attractions like Louvre and Notre Dame.
Construction site ruined our view on the street. Buttons in the elevator have seen better days. Sometimes they didn't work.

Allocated a dirty room on arrival, so the check-in took sometime trying to re-allocate us into a clean room.
We really liked the location of the hotel — it was very convenient for exploring Paris. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and the shower was excellent. Overall, the room was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.
The room was very small. The shower door/entrance was quite low, and I actually hit my head on it.
I was also surprised that there was no wine opener available anywhere in the hotel, so we had to buy one ourselves — especially surprising in France!
The soundproofing could also be better. There was a noticeable gap under the room door, so noise from the corridor could be heard quite clearly. A proper threshold or better door seal would probably make a big difference.
Finally, the 3:00 PM check-in felt quite late, while the check-out time was relatively early. It would be much more convenient for guests if check-in were available around 1:00–2:00 PM.
These are relatively small issues, but improving them would make the overall stay much more comfortable.
Ideal location and friendly staff.
Het hotel is prima en rustig gelegen, in een buurt waar alles voorhanden is en vlakbij een metrostation. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en grappig. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Zéér nette en goed uitgeruste badkamer en een verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamer was eerder aan de kleine kant, maar goed genoeg voor ons tweedaags verblijf. Toen we arriveerden, stond de gevel tijdelijk in de steigers en was er beperkt zicht naar buiten, maar in de kamer lag een sympathiek en verontschuldigend berichtje, met twee heerlijke cakejes. Zeer attent!
La llegada tuvo algunos inconvenientes porque en recepción no me asignaron la habitación Deluxe que había reservado y tuve que reclamar. Sin embargo, quiero destacar la excelente gestión de Juan, el manager del hotel, quien al enterarse de la situación intervino de inmediato, me pidió disculpas, me ofreció el frigobar de cortesía y me reubicó en la habitación correcta. Se agradece mucho cuando la gerencia demuestra ese nivel de compromiso y resolución. El hotel está en reformas exteriores (con andamios en la fachada), pero la estancia en la habitación fue acorde a lo contratado.
