Value for money friendly atmosphere stay
Pros:

Esplanade location with free easy access parking and comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

Cons:

The building is old so quirky …room a good size however tiny shower, sink, toilet closet.

Great staff,cheap and cheerful--enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating--room very basic but clean--we were celebrating our diamond wedding and a great surprise was a card and gift from the owners and staff--location spot on for seafront.

Cons:

No breakfast available so just room only--no hairdryer in room--only one chair--hot weather but no fan supplied.

There's a lot better in Southport, just spend a little more.
Pros:

The location was great 👍 The room was very poor 😐 there was no view from the window as a matter of fact it was quite laughable. The room was dark & quite depressing (room number 16 on the ground floor)

Cons:

The room...not good.

Pros:

It was good location in southport

Cons:

Car park to small,!
Not very clean
Pulled the sheet back and the cover sheet had blood on it,
Which the cleaner must of notice when putting the sheet on bed 🛌 layed on top of the duvet untill complained in morning when they changed it 😳, also decor needed a lack of paint, NO wardrobe,
First and last will be staying there
