Pros:

Pros:

The Staff were so nice and extremely helpful. A very homely, welcoming hotel.very comfortable beds. Very clean and nothing was any bother to staff. Quality of breakfast foods was exceptional. . Great value for money.

Cons:

The shower was a little crammed and it would have been mice to gave shower products. No hairdryer

Probably a place you need to check in with someone with you, wasn't a nice greeting on my own
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, with friends staying at another hotel, so met with them to have breakfast

Cons:

First time I decided to stay somewhere on my own which a big thing for me, man stood ironing as I entered reception,showed me to my room threw my keys on bed and told me use square key on side door rather than use reception

Convenient, accessible, friendly staff, had a kitchen facility was good.

Cons:

One of the mattresses was completely slumped in the middle. Would have helped to have a pan to use on the hob.

Nice place
Pros:

The lady and gentlemen very kindly provided a fridge and microwave for our room as I thought all the rooms had them included in the booking. Very good location and very pleasant service from all the staff.

Cons:

Car park was a bit crowded and very uneven surface

Pros:

The location and it was reasonably close to Southport station

Cons:

Room was a bit warm so I had the curtains pulled to stop the sun getting in and making it warmer.

Opening the window didn't really make much difference.

Needs fixing and refurbishing can have leaks

Cons:

When rained bathroom leaked water everywhere it happens but they don’t seem interested in fixing it
Toilet paper soaked .. bed collapsed need a good refurb

Great location.
Pros:

Very affordable, free parking which is unusual now with greedy hoteliers trying to squeeze their customers, situated on the sea front what's not to like, have stayed here many times and will continue to do so, also offer a nice breakfast at a reasonable price.

Cons:

Not a thing well done Albert a Victoria hotel.
