A lovely place to stay everyone is made welcome from staff they’re great.
Pros:

It’s very close to everything you might need while on a holiday, shops, beach, bus, train it’s great. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely with different options, help yourself to cereals and juice while the full English is cooking.

Cons:

We liked everything and we keep going back to this hotel.

Безопасность в этом отеле под вопросом: в одну из ночей к нам стучали в дверь и пытались открыть клю
Pros:

Расположение, каждый день убирали мусор, добавляли туалетную бумагу, предложили заказать завтрак, но нам не надо было. В ванной комнате было жидкое мыло, почти всегда горячая вода. Хороший WI-FI

Cons:

Holiday from Hell
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Albert and Edward Hotel sounds very regal but it is anything but that. 'HOTEL' very loosely describes our experience. What attracted us were the photos on booking . Com. And that we could book a room with a kitchenette so could prepare light meals in the room and also eat a main meal in a local cafe or restaurant. As we are a couple of pensioners this seemed ideal. We only booked two nights to try it out. We got a car park space but this was full of potholes with ladders and building equipment lying about. We booked in and left our bags in the room and went straight out as we always do then unpacking later in the day. When we returned and had a proper look at the room we were horrified. The window frames were mouldy any rotten. All the furniture was taped together with duct tape and only fit for a bonfire. The sheets and towels were clean but that was all. I then checked out the kitchenette. There was no toaster as advertised. The fridge had partly collapsed inside and the only equipment was 2 plates 2knives and forks and 2 mugs and the hangers for clothes was only a few inches away so we could not cook anyway. There was no w u liquid or tea towels so I had to go out and buy some. The microwave was OK. We did one meal in it but had to open the window wide while eating it. The reason being was the foul smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom all the time we were there. This accommodation is no way a holiday destination. It has obviously been used as maybe a homeless shelter or HMO and in no way resembles a hotel. We trawled back about 10 years of reviews and the same tale appeared time and time again. The photos looked good but guests turned up, refused to stay and lost their money. No way would I take a child to the hovel. We are not after a refund. We paid for two nights and stayed for two nights although we wish we had left immediately and gone somewhere else.

Didn’t stay. Booked alternative accommodation.
Cons:

Nobody at reception- just a phone number.
Room key in a key safe.
Front door wasn’t locked- didn’t feel very safe.
On the hottest day of the year the curtains had been left open in a sunny front facing room, and the windows were locked.
The room was unbearably hot, couldn’t stay here.
