Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

All good, close to the main train station, supermarkets, pizzeria etc, perfect for a short stay, we really liked the self check in option so it was very fast to check in, while there was a queue to the front desk

Hope there will be some change, improvements.
Pros:

The facility is a nice place, could deliver much better service. But it looks like the team or the staff they never care about the facility.
I know paying a 23€/night is very cheap. But at least need to provide certain level of service that that respect dignity of peoples.
I liked the self check in and self made service. Also gathering peoples around the screen to watch the World Cup was so nice.

Cons:

Very dirty, looks like the furniture come from the garbage and the walls and the floor are so dirty.
I did not complain, I wish I did. As I was there for short time. Check in at 1am. And check out around 4am. Could not tolerate to stay there.

Für 360€ für 2 Nächte hätten wir mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof war super, man war super angebunden.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, das Zimmer wurde trotz separater Buchung über aushängenden qr code nicht gereinigt, die Handtücher hatten undefinierbare Flecken. Frühstück lies absolut zu wünschen übrig, für 12.50€ pro Person verspricht man sich schon mehr. Brötchen waren teilweise leer, man musste lange auf Nachlieferung warten- diese waren dann zu heiß zum anfassen usw. Tische waren dreckig, besteck war nicht ausreichend vor Ort usw.
