Overall a good hotel with great staff and service.

Cons:

A basic first aid would be great as I was looking for a paracetamol at midnight and I was surprised to know the hotel didn't have it available.

Ideal location to stay in the heart of South Mumbai
Pros:

Breakfast was varied in choice and excellent. The restaurant manager during breakfast is absolutely fantastic.Service was very prompt and exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. We enjoyed a perfcet stay over three nights.The only thing maybe that the room number 416 that we got did not have a good view.
