Pros:

Location and general quality if the hotel

Cons:

The receptionist I felt was quite abrupt. We wanted to leave our bags as we had a wedding at the Dodford Inn, which was starting at 12noon. We didn't expect that our room would be ready but to be told you are too early to check-in was totally unnecessary.

The beds were too soft and caused me a restless night.

Gone a little down hill since the last couple times we stayed.
Pros:

Location was good for us , reception staff were great.

Cons:

Although most of the staff were great however one was pretty rude when I sat in the wrong seat for breakfast, breakfast was pretty cold most days with not much care taken.

Relaxing stay, good value for money
Pros:

Local to my business I was there for, plenty parking, easy to find.
Spacious accommodation and relaxation areas, great to have a pool to swim

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work and it was a hot day but we could open the windows and fans were kindly offered

The convenience. We were attending a wedding reception

Cons:

It was overpriced
Chaotic and understaffed at reception at check-in time
Received a parking fine (which was eventually sorted out by the hotel) despite having provided vehicle registration details at check-in

Swimming pool wasn’t user friendly
Television wasn’t great, could only access one channel
