Pros:

The hotel is lovely, very well kept and clean. The food was also very nice and the staff were great

Cons:

This was one of the hottest days of the year and the aircon was not working, I know that this is not the hotels fault, and they did provide a fan for the room but it would have been nice if the aircon was working.

Lovely looking hotel, shame the staff weren’t a bit more welcoming
Pros:

Nice lay out, big bathroom, cosy feel to the hotel

Cons:

Check in took a while it was late due to traffic and we just wanted to go to bed. Wasn’t giving any information about the hotel for example check out times, breakfast times, facilities. The Mattress on my bed was too big for the base so felt like I was falling off the bed most of the night.

There was a fan or something similar outside near our window which we could hear all night, very annoying.

Breakfast there was no milk had to ask for more, white bread had ran out had to ask for more, I asked for instant decaf coffee was told there isn’t any so I went back to my room and got some. We asked for pancakes to be warmed up was told to put them in the toaster which then got stuck and almost caught on fire. Then the Pancake was then put in a microwave to warm up.

No staff at the bar had to wait

Very disappointing and not acceptable
Pros:

It was in a good position for my stay

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. They had warned us a month before but I would have thought it could be fixed in a month.
We were given a fan which was really noisy and stopped me sleeping.
There was no ice available at the bar.
The coffee machine wasn’t working and we weren’t offered an alternative.
The tv didn’t work.
It didn’t feel clean.
The bed was very small.
