Decent hotel for a stopover.
Pros:

Rooom size. Pillows excellent!! Comfy bed. Good curtains. Breakfast variety good. Staff friendly. Generally quiet. The suncream in the foyer.

Cons:

Flashing on alarm. Light from under the door. Aspect onto venting pipes not so great. Q a long way too and fro from M5 given it's actual proximity.

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed for one night with our dog and were really happy with our stay overall. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was lovely and firm, as were the pillows, so we both slept really well.

Breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style with plenty of choice. The coffee was especially good. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Yes, there is some noise from the motorway, but anyone booking a hotel in this location will expect that. Once the secondary glazing was closed, the room became much quieter, and naturally the motorway traffic dies down overnight anyway.

The communal lounges and lobby areas were beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting, with bars, TVs, and comfortable seating areas. There’s also a lovely outdoor courtyard space in the centre of the hotel.

Overall though, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the pool area, which unfortunately felt quite grubby and poorly maintained compared to the rest of the hotel. We noticed mould in several places and it generally didn’t feel very clean. The jacuzzi itself was gorgeous and lovely and warm, but because the overall pool area looked so shabby, we didn’t stay in there for very long. It was surprising because the rest of the hotel was maintained to such a high standard.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff were great. The bedroom was comfortable. We loved using the pool. The food was lovely. There are many comfortable places to sit in the bar. Really large car park.

Cons:

There was a bad drain smell in our room. It didn't spoil our stay.
The pool has several tiles missing in the jacuzzi , which could cut your feet.

Very enjoyable, now we found it we will return.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and a good location

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike, maybe tokens for the lockers in the pool, as in this moneyless culture at present , no one has cash.
