Very comfortable room for me and two dogs
The room was about as far as it could be from the entrance - unhelpful when one has to take dogs out regularly for exercise etc. Also on the first floor with no lift. I have arthritic knees so struggled a bit managing dogs and luggage.
Food was reasonably priced, tasty and well portioned.. Comfortable beds.
The spa wasn't very well maintained, the steam room smelled of urine, the jacuzzi was being retitled so couldn't use. The pool was very small and half used for swimming lessons and very loud and not relaxing. There was no air conditioning although advertised has having, the system didn't work, therefore very hot rooms. Noisy fans were provided but still circulating warm air so couldn't sleep.

Book day prior a wedding stay over and thus a night further. Nothing but the upmost highest stars I can give. Staff especially were 11/10 absolutely incredible.
Cleaning staff were lovely.
Air con has obviously been broken for months. Small windows, very loud road noise. Carpet in shared areas is filthy. No fridge in our room, just a space under the counter where it had been taken out. No phones in room, when you call reception on the advertised number, no one answers.

Das Essen war nicht besonders. Wir hatten Halbpension, da gab es jeden Abend die selben 5 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Auf der Karte standen jedoch mehrere Gerichte.
Rooms where big, food was lovely.
I booked this hotel due to having pool, jacuzzi and sauna however the pool area was dirty, bags of cement lying everywhere, the jacuzzi was emptied and shut, half the pool was closed off, the water was cold and the sauna was big enough for 2 people which I was unable to use due to it being full every time I looked.

Bed worse we have ever slept in, too soft.
Breakfast both days, good choice but cooked Breakfast cold, even 2nd morning when we were waiting for service to start at 0630!
Facilities were great. They had a pool, sauna, & steam room. The rooms were nice & the food was good. 5 minute taxi to town centre. Lovely park a few minutes away.
There was an error when I checked in of being overcharged. This wasn't handled well at all & was very frustrating having to deal with it. Not even an apology was offered.
