Gorgeous hotel, I'd love to live in it!
Pros:

Outstanding meals which were more than adequate portion-wise and excellent quality. The staff are friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Really good breakfast choice. Location good across from parkland into Dysart harbour.

Cons:

Very noisy. Many stairs and not for handicap. There was a huge ventilation system outside the pool window. Went on 6.00 AM.

Some great points, some poor points. A Jekyll & Hyde experience!
Pros:

Food is excellent, delicious. Dinner was tasty and the breakfast is excellent value, particularly the Full Scottish. The breakfast service was also flawless. Bar prices are reasonable. Located next to a big park with a seaside front which was great for the family. Staff were friendly, in particular the lad with the big beard in the bar/restaurant (I forget his name, sorry!) who was a gentleman and a real credit to the place. Free parking on site too. The building is nice inside and out, and has a wee area for kids to play outside.

Cons:

Waited 40 mins to place a dinner order after being sat down, which I could have shrugged off, but we were given a roasting hot, albeit spotless, room (Room 7) which has a big vent chimney running up the outside of it from the kitchen. This made a racket up until about 10pm, then started again about 5am. You cannot sleep through it as you have the windows open to get a bit of respite from the heat (radiators were checked twice and definitely not on). Plus, as it comes from the kitchen, the smell of whatever is cooking ends up in your room. Came upstairs to the room reeking of curry, then sausages in the morning. A really uncomfortable experience. There was a function on until around midnight too which was quite loud, but zero issue with that as we were well advised about that before arrival.

Für 1 Nacht ok
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren sehr schön.
Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht gereinigt. Überall waren Haare und auch Schmutz an dem WC.
Das Bad ist zudem extrem winzig.
