Bon accueil, appartement très correct, bien situé. Si besoin, on y reviendra.
Pros:

A part de la musique diffusé par une voisine jusque 1h du matin, pas très fort certes mais la nuit les bruits résonnent, les lieux étaient calmes.

De kamer was goed, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig.

Perfect stopovers on our way south from Calais to Britanny and back.

Loation was great - easy drive from and back to the motorway.
Quiet area and a perfect walking distance from the city centre.
Anastasia & the team were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. We send them our thanks.
The apartment was basic, but clean & comfortable.
Easy for us to look after and walk our two small dogs.
Very reasonably priced.
Will be our No.1 choice, if and when we visit Caen again.Perfect

War ok mit kleinen Mängeln in der Ausstattung.
Pros:

Gute Lage, netter Empfang an der Rezeption

Cons:

Beim einzigen Küchenkasten kam mir beim öffnen die Türe entgegen, ich musste diese wieder befestigen. Im Bad könnte man mal bei Duschwand und Silikon eine Reinigung durchführen. Eine kleine Renovierung und Modernisierung würde dem Haus und den Zimmern nicht schaden.

Für eine Nacht in Caen eine gute und preiswerte Option, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bett für zwei Personen etwas schmal, ansonsten bequem. Gut war, dass es eine kleine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank gab. Parken auf dem eigenen Parkgelände hinter Schranke sehr gut. Das Stadtzentrum konnte man zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Frühstück stand erst fast eine Stunde nach dem angekündigten Termin zur Verfügung,
