One of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!
Pros:

The self service breakfast was excellent the staff were superb polite & helpful even at 6.30am & I would rate the hotel better than the Hilton Hotels Group! I especially enjoyed the 18 hole golf course that is in mint condition with the greens like Astro turf very fast and challenging course! Bravo Dunston Hall. Martin

Ashort break to recharge the batteries and it certainly worked.
Pros:

First time staying at the property,everything was O/K,the room was a classic king which was ample in size and serviced every day.Had breakfast each morning which was buffet style and plenty of what you wanted.We ate twice in the evening and both meals were nice,staff were both pleasant and well mannered.

Cons:

The weather,other than that everything was fine.

Luxurious and Beautiful
Pros:

This place is so scenic and you get exactly what you see in the photos. The staff were amzingingly helpful to whatever me and my family needed and we even got extra service help for our baby from room service staff. This place is much more than I was expecting before arrival.

Cons:

I would luke to see the lower end rooms have a refrigerator. Also the facilities are so big it did get a little difficult to navigate even with the help with directions from staff, but nothing I see that would make your stay uncomfortable or bad

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.
Pros:

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities and breakfast were great, and we felt very well looked after from arrival to departure.

Cons:

One thing I wasn’t aware of before arriving was that our package included complimentary drinks in the minibar, which were replenished daily. Had I known this in advance, I probably wouldn’t have purchased an additional bottle of wine and bucket of beer through the Enhanced Stay email prior to arrival. Better communication of this benefit beforehand would have been helpful. That said, this was only a minor point and did not detract from our overall experience.

A 4* hotel with 5* service
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, well maintained and our room was refurbished to a high standard. The staff were unfailing polite, friendly and helpful. 4* facilities with 5* service.

Cons:

The evening dinner was fine but the wait time was very long. We weren’t in a rush but the kitchen could not could with demand.
