All fur coat and no you know what comes to mind
Pros:

Beautiful property and grounds were nice

Cons:

Initially on arrival was great, the property was lively and staff were welcoming. However on entering the room there was a dank smell and as it was very hot went to the fridge which was barely cold and found a Hal drunk water bottle. Bathroom had mould, probably due to the fact the extraction switch was turned of , and lucky my partner knew about this switch .very small tv and very dusty everywhere in the room. We were sadly extremely disappointed and left early . Looks all beautiful however it’s not a pleasant stay by any means . I guess when hotels relax their standards this is the result . Thank you to the lovely staff who made every effort with their politeness and this review does not have anything to do about the staff behind the desk .

Hard work to get around the venue and needs a lot more staff.
Pros:

Room was nice. Good restaurant and bar onsite.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was very slow - far too few staff for the number of people staying. Same in the bar. And the layout is extremely confusing.
