It was hot during our visit to Porto in late May and the AC of the room was not working properly. We set the temperature at 18 degrees and it was staying at 26 degrees. Breakfast was also not very good. I’d look for another hotel if I come back to Porto. The only thing good is the location.
The hotel was fine.
The restaurant and bar staff were rude, inefficient, and anything but professional. When we complained to hotel staff we were dismissed saying the restaurant is separate.
Staff were brilliant, friendly and efficiant. Food snd drinks were good. Lots of advice from reception. Cleaning of room and replacement tea bags and milk patchy
Location, excellent breakfast
Layout of the suite not really conducive to 3 adults sharing. No outer door on the washbasin area. Decor in suite a bit drab, everything biege coloured
We had a wonderful stay at PortoBay. The location is absolutely perfect, the hotel facilities are excellent, and everything was very well maintained. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again.
The location was great, the property was clean, friendly staff. There was parking down the street, so the staff helped us with dropping off and picking up bags quickly on the street.
We would have enjoyed some better recommendations for places to explore on foot

夕食を頂きましたがとても美味しかったですです。
お友達にも次回訪れる時も宿泊したいです。

No towels in room on second morning
Well located for getting around and close to bars and restaurants. Great buffet breakfast. We were 3 adults in a suite, the extra bed was a single sofa bed. Lots of room, sofa, arm chairs. Decor a bit bland, carpet, curtains, walls, sofas all biege, could do with a bit more colour.
