It was our forth stay in this hotel (and sixth stay in Milano Marittima): enjoyed it, as all times.
Pros:

Professional and very friendly staff. Great restaurants menu!

Cons:

Nothing.
I would just recommend to add the salt/paper on the restaurant tables.

Una struttura bellissima e di alto livello, con ottima cucina e grande attenzione agli animali, ma con qualche rigidità
Pros:

L’hotel è molto bello, curato e accogliente, con camere spaziose e un ottimo servizio in camera. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la qualità del cibo, davvero eccellente, la varietà della colazione e il piacevole ristorantino sulla spiaggia. Anche la spiaggia è molto ben tenuta.

Un altro aspetto per noi molto positivo è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro cane: è stato trattato con grande attenzione, tanto che si sono resi disponibili anche a cucinare per lui. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il fatto che, in spiaggia, chi viaggia con animali non venga relegato in zone separate o penalizzato.

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato positivo: la struttura è bellissima, il livello della ristorazione è molto alto e i servizi sono ottimi. Con una maggiore attenzione alla discrezione e ai modi in alcune situazioni, l’esperienza potrebbe essere davvero eccellente.

Cons:

Il personale è stato, nella maggior parte dei casi, molto gentile e preparato. Tuttavia, in alcune situazioni, abbiamo percepito un’eccessiva rigidità nei modi. Entrando nella sala ristorante con il cane semplicemente per chiedere dove avremmo dovuto accomodarci, il caposala ci ha invitato a uscire e a seguire un altro percorso, facendomi sentire a disagio davanti agli altri ospiti. La situazione ci ha sorpreso anche perché non era la prima volta che soggiornavamo nella struttura e, in una precedente occasione, su indicazione dello stesso hotel, avevamo avuto accesso proprio da quella zona.

Un episodio simile si è verificato nello spazio esterno del ristorante, quando a mio marito è stato chiesto di indossare pantaloni lunghi davanti agli altri ospiti. Comprendiamo e rispettiamo pienamente il dress code della struttura, ma riteniamo che certe comunicazioni possano essere fatte con maggiore discrezione, evitando di mettere il cliente in imbarazzo.

All’arrivo abbiamo inoltre trovato in spiaggia un gruppo di giovani con comportamenti molto volgari e maleducati, comprese bestemmie ad alta voce, senza che inizialmente nessuno intervenisse. Lo stesso gruppo, durante una notte, ha poi creato notevole disturbo in hotel, urlando e sbattendo porte fino a tarda ora. Va però riconosciuto alla direzione di aver successivamente gestito la situazione: il giorno seguente non abbiamo più visto quei ragazzi e abbiamo trovato in camera una bottiglia di vino e un cesto di frutta, gesto di attenzione che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

O ar condicionado parou no meio da madrugada nas duas noites que ficamos. Péssima experiência num hotel 5 estrelas.

Mesmo relatando ao staff, aconteceu na segunda novamente, nada foi feito.

Pros:

Das freundliche und kompetente Personal ist immer hilfsbereit. Die luxuriöse, klassische Ausstattung hat einen besonderen Charme und hebt sich wohltuend von neueren Hotels ab. Der Hotelstrand mit Restaurant La Spiaggia ist ein besonders gelungener Wohlfühlbereich.

Cons:

Leider finden im Juni im Hotel viele Firmenveranstaltungen statt. Dadurch muss das Frühstück statt im normalen Frühstücksbereich bzw. der südlichen Terrasse im Hauptrestaurant und der Gartenterrasse eingenommen werden. Die Abendveranstaltungen dieser Firmen schränken die abendliche Nutzbarkeit des Strandrestaurants deutlich ein!

ein wirkliches Fünfsternehotel! Definitiv eins der beste italiens! Das Personal ist so freundlich, immer höflich und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Traumhafter Beach Club, hervorragendes Essen, aber noch einmal muss betont werden, dass das gesamte Personal im Hotel mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hat!! man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.
