Localização, conforto.

Cons:

O ar condicionado parou no meio da madrugada nas duas noites que ficamos. Péssima experiência num hotel 5 estrelas.

Mesmo relatando ao staff, aconteceu na segunda novamente, nada foi feito.

Molto del personale sonno ragazzi in stage non molto cordiali poco attenti al cliente il prezzo è alto per quello che l’hotel offre rispetto a pari prezzo e altri 5 stelle camere rumorose sul lato destro causa mega condizionatori montanti nel giardino prezzi dei servizi semplicemente fuori mercato dalla
Spiaggia al garage etc etc concierge dedicato inesistente. Peccato non ritornerò

Das freundliche und kompetente Personal ist immer hilfsbereit. Die luxuriöse, klassische Ausstattung hat einen besonderen Charme und hebt sich wohltuend von neueren Hotels ab. Der Hotelstrand mit Restaurant La Spiaggia ist ein besonders gelungener Wohlfühlbereich.

Cons:

Leider finden im Juni im Hotel viele Firmenveranstaltungen statt. Dadurch muss das Frühstück statt im normalen Frühstücksbereich bzw. der südlichen Terrasse im Hauptrestaurant und der Gartenterrasse eingenommen werden. Die Abendveranstaltungen dieser Firmen schränken die abendliche Nutzbarkeit des Strandrestaurants deutlich ein!

ein wirkliches Fünfsternehotel! Definitiv eins der beste italiens! Das Personal ist so freundlich, immer höflich und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Traumhafter Beach Club, hervorragendes Essen, aber noch einmal muss betont werden, dass das gesamte Personal im Hotel mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hat!! man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Elegantes Haus, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, dann erwartet man auch den Meerblick vom Zimmer aus. Man muss aber auf den Balkon treten und hat nur den seitlichen Meerblick, und das bei allen Zimmern! Es gibt gar keine Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick oder die wenigen sind so weit hinten im Innenhof, da ist die Aussicht auch nicht gut. Alle sehen sich gegenseitig ins Zimmer und auf den Balkon, null privacy ! Die Zimmer in den unteren Stockwerken sind extrem dunkel.
Die Tiefgarage ist viel zu klein und man muss immer um einen Platz kämpfen
