La vue sur la mer de notre chambre

Cons:

Le menage mal fait dans les chambres, les serviettes de toilette qui étaient sales une fois sur 2 malgré qu'elles étaient changées!, le réfrigérateur dont les etageres plastiques cassées impossible de poser quelque chose dessus, sommiers des lits tachés, certains membres du personnel mal aimable a la réception parlants à toute vitesse en réponse à nos questions, ne cherchant pas à savoir si nous avions compris et repartaient aussitôt vaquer à d'autres occupations, heureusement le reste du personnel d'autres services était accueillant

Pros:

Location is great, practically by the promenade and many restaurants, shops. Food buffet is amazing with many great options. Cleaning staff and waiters all really kind.

Cons:

Cleanliness around the pool is extremely poor, we also had a big cockroach in the room and saw a few on the terrace. Room was otherwise clean and cleaning staff extra nice.
Elevators are way too slow, you can wait a long time to get in one.
Check in process is way to slow and rigid, we arrived at 1 in the morning with a small kid and it took more than 20mins. Additionally they charge 20 eur deposit per beach towel and at check out they did not return it proactively, we needed to remind them.
Also the room with partial sea view for which you pay 200 eur more...if you sit on the balcony and do not stand or lean over, you do not see the seaside....

Lo mejor sin duda la comida, era todo de muy buena calidad. Y los empleados de 10. Los del comedor eres muy majos y educados y estaba todo súper limpio. La variedad y calidad de la comida un 10. El botones Julio fue muy amable, le damos más que un 10. Volveremos por allí

Séjour agréable pour une famille avec enfant en bas âge.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le service de réception qui nous as accueilli dès notre arrivée (Javier) et le réceptionniste (Julio) qui nous ont mis à l'aise.
Cet hôtel est centré sur le bien être des familles et les activités (aquatiques + Kid's Club) pour enfants donc ayant un enfant en bas âge, c'était parfait.
Le restaurant proposait des plats variés qui convenaient à tout le monde. L'attention du personnel ainsi que du personnel en salle était appréciable.

On a senti que cet établissement avait une "âme" et avait à coeur le bien être de ses clients.

Cons:

L'attente des ascenseurs. Sous-dimensionnés en été quand il y a beaucoup de clients. Cela est problématique quand on est en poussette ou avec des enfants en bas âge. Les finitions des chambres sont correctes mais un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire (joints dans la salle de bain, meubles..)

L'emplacement, chambres propres, toboggans et kids club ok

Cons:

Temps d attente pour l ascenseur 15 minutes à chaque fois, queue pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine bondée, parking payant, pas de spa, pas de transats dispo car tous pris à 7h30, pas de serviettes de plage car les gens en prenaient 3 par pers, plage à 10 min et pas de transat de l hotel sur la plage il faut payer 6€ / transat bref je le suis pas du tout reposée ça gache la marque iberostar
