Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das einchecken musste man selber machen. Wir versuchten es um punkt 15.00 Uhr. Dann stand auf dem Bildschirm, dass das Zimmer noch nicht frei sei! Also haben wir in der Lobby etwas gewartet. Inzwischen kamen weitere Feriengäste, auch bei ihnen hat es nicht geklappt. Mit einem Telefon konnte man Kontakt mit dem anderen Hotel aufnehmen, dort wurde einem gesagt, dass wir in das andere Hotel kommen müssen. Und inzwischen kam ein Angestellter und hat die Zimmerkarten in der Maschine aufgefüllt!!! Deshalb ging es bei den anderen nicht. An der anderen Rezeption wurden wir unfreundlich abgefertigt, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Nach über 1 Std. Wartezeit konnten wir endlich ins Zimmer.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde kein Brot aufgefüllt, auch bei den Fleisch- und Käseplatten musste man einfach Glück haben, wenn die Angestellten gerade etwas gebracht haben.
Im Zimmer hatten wir drei grosse Spinnen!!!
Und in der Badewanne hatte es eine defekte braune Plastikhalterung, an der ich meinen Oberarm aufgeschürft habe!!!
Zwei Tage vor der Anreise wurde auf der Kreditkarte über CHF 220.00 provisorisch belastet, diese sind bis jetzt noch nicht frei gegeben. Und man musste beim Einchecken den vollen Betrag zahlen. Diese Vorgehensweise habe ich auch nicht bei der Buchung gesehen!!!!

Pros:

Établissement au calme, piscine, parking gratuit,

Cons:

Hôtel 4 étoiles vieillot, pas rénové ! Salle de bain d'un autre temps ! SPA uniquement un sauna et sur réservation, pas de restaurant uniquement petit déjeuner.

Ruhig, entspannend, nah am Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, man hat einen Shuttle den man benutzen kann in die Stadt, auch zurück. Pool Area ist gross, es sind nicht viele Leute anwesend. Entspannend!

Cons:

Der Online Check-in, unpersönlich. Raum war leider noch nicht bereit, aber innert 15min war der CheckIn möglich.
