Wunderschön… ich komme bald wieder
Pros:

Upgrade bekommen mit Terrasse was für ein schöner Garten was für große Zimmer. Fantastisch alles

Cons:

Im Flur läuft die ganze Nacht Musik die man auch im Zimmer hört… vielleicht könnte man im Gang die Musik nachts ab 22/23 Uhr etwas runterdrehen…

Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique

Cons:

La chambre était grande, le lit agréable, mais la salle de bain vieille, et la douche dans la baignoire glissante. La pomme de douche pas étanche. L’eau sortait de tous les côtés. On aurait aussi préféré avoir une chambre côté piscine, et pas juste aurait dessus de l’entrée.
Pour entrer dans la chambre il fallait pousser très fort.

Pros:

Bel hôtel situé au milieu d'un parc, il est moins chic que la villa qui est en face mais aussi moins cher. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur la piscine. Personnel adorable.

Cons:

Géographiquement un peu éloigné du centre de Lugano - en transports publics ce n'est pas pratique. La voiture est de mise. Salle de bain un peu fatiguée peut-être...

Just a one-night stop between places
Pros:

Breakfast was a small buffet but very stilted.
The room was HUGE with a lovely little terrace.
Very pet friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was not good.

Rezeption war bei Ankunft nicht besetzt, Self-Checkin funktionierte nicht, für Checkin mussten wir ins Partnerhotel auf gegenüberliegender Strassenseite

Das Hotel besticht durch seine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und überzeugt mit einem schönen Pool sowie liebevoll gestalteter Bepflanzung. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um in entspannter Atmosphäre Zeit zu verbringen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und gut aufgelegte Personal, das die Gäste stets mit einem Lächeln begrüsst. Das Morgenessen war ausgewogen und ansprechend, allerdings wurden einzelne Produkte wie Croissants teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Zimmer, die teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Dennoch sind sie sehr geräumig, sauber und bieten gerade für Familien viel Platz. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt auch im Zimmer angenehm und erholsam.
