Die Lage

Cons:

Wenn man nicht immer Zimmer isr und Beispiel
Die Karte drin lässt damit die Getränke kalt bleiben, kommt Personal unerlaubt in die Zimmer und nimmt die Karte raus, vor dem Zimmer brennen Lampen das man weiß wann die Stromzufuhr an ist. Wenn man dann wie wir die Rezeption drauf anspricht, wird man beleidigt und behauptet das es jemand anderes war aber keiner vom hotel. Desweiterrn wird einem schwarz ohne rechnung andere Zimmer verkauft , wenn man nach einer rexhnung fragt: antwort: man kann das hotel auch gerne verlassen.

Man hat allgemein ein unsicheres Gefühl!

Charming old Venetian palace converted to a hotel, welcoming and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is very good in my opinion. The staff was very kind, Aldo was very welcoming in the reception.
We were contacted prior our arrival and offered transportation services. We did not need this but this is of course appreciated and welcoming.

The property appeared as an old Venetian palace, converted to a hotel. I liked the charm.

Our room was “family room”. Ceiling is high and the room was large enough to fit us 5 (youngest one sleeping in same bed with parents).

Beautiful windows and even a balcony overlooking a canal. Condoled a boats were passing through right below the balcony. This was truly an experience!

Breakfast was overall ok. Prosecco was a nice touch :)

Cons:

While there is certainly charm in truly old buildings, it is good to note that this property is not recently renovated. If someone expects moderns touch and all polished interiors (and exteriors) - better go somewhere else.

Having glassware in the rooms instead of paper cups would have made difference.

While the breakfast was rather good, the breakfast room was not so nice. Also, coffee was a huge disappointment- Nescafé from a machine. This would be a place to level up. There appeared to be a coffee bar in the breakfast room, with proper coffee (espresso) machine but there was no one serving.

Soggiorno perfetto per una notte di festa con le amiche
Pros:

La posizione è bellissima, a due minuti da Piazza San Marco. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di prosecco visto che eravamo in città per festeggiare un compleanno. Ci hanno dato dei consigli utili sui trasporti.
La camera che ci hanno dato era pulita e spaziosa con affaccio sul canale.
La colazione era servita a buffet con ampia scelta di salati e dolci.

Cons:

La qualità dei letti. Soprattutto i lettini singoli non erano molto spaziosi e corti per una persona di 1.70 Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche cuscino in più.

Good location. Night receptionist ruined it.

Location and Value for the money. But you get what you pay for.

Cons:

Night receptionist has no interest for the guests. Disdainful behavior and impatient in every interaction. Made any simple question or request (such as a corkscrew, or ice) seem like a painful conversation. He totally affected negatively the experience we had from the hotel.
Also, the bathtub wasn’t clean when we checked in.
Lastly, the hotel is at an area subject to flooding almost every night of our stay. Other hotels provide plastic bags for the feet, or elevated walkways, but not this hotel. That particular night employee from above was completely indifferent and unpleasant to our concerns about leaving and entering every night with the water above our ankles. After an uncomfortable exchange, he begrudgingly gave us thrash bags to cover our feet, as if we were asking for something extraordinary.

Bon rapports qualité-prix pour le quartier San Marco
Pros:

L'emplacement et l'accueil ⭐️
L'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité-prix et nous a surclassé dans une chambre avec balcons et vue sur le canal.
TV connecté (chromecast pour visionner le match de foot de la coupe du monde).

Cons:

Notre chambre était un peu vieillotte romantique avec l'odeur du vieux bois et on entendait la chasse d'eau des voisins.

Café da manhã muito cheio e fraco
Pros:

Falta frutas. Ambiente pequeno, poucos funcionários. São vários hotéis que compartilham o café da manhã no mesmo local e os funcionários não dão conta de repor.. vista para as gôndolas também não é verdade.. porém o hotel é muito bem localizado..
