Pros:

Noi abbiamo preso la suite piu costosa con balcone sul canale. La stanza era principesca, con una finestra enorme ed il balcone che si affacciava direttamente sul canale. Potevamo sederci fuori e goderci il passaggio delle gondole, bellissimo. I gondoliere ci salutavano. La stanza era un po vintage, con qualche accessorio anni 90 e il condizionatore un po vecchiotto, ma una camera del genere con quella vista sarebbe costata 3 volte tanto in un altro albergo.

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο πάνω στο κανάλι !! Υπέροχη τοποθεσία !!
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο είχε υπέροχη διακόσμηση και φανταστικό πολυέλαιο murano !!! Το ξενοδοχείο είχε οργανώσει τέλεια τη μετακίνησή μας από και προς το αεροδρόμιο !!! Ήταν πολύ εύκολη επειδή βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κανάλι !!! Το πρωϊνό ήταν καλό.

Cons:

Θα ήταν πιο εύκολη η πρόσβαση στον όροφο, αν υπήρχε ασανσέρ.

Cons:

Niedziałająca klimatyzacja. Nie chłodziła, wydawała bardzo głośny dźwięk, w pokoju 27stopni (po 12 godzinach nic się nie zmieniło). Usłyszałam, że klimatyzacja nie schłodzi do temperatury „lodówki”. Ale jakimś trafem w recepcji było przyjemnie, chłodno i cicho. Trzeba było oddać klucz od pokoju za każdym razem kiedy opuszczało się hotel. (Nie było takiej informacji na stronie kiedy go rezerwowałam). Wiele innych nieprzyjemnych rzeczy. City tax- osoba u której się meldowaliśmy powiedziała nam wyższą cenę o dwa euro za osobę, niż pracownik, który tą opłatę pobierał przy wymeldowaniu. Naprawdę szkoda nerwów i nieprzespanych nocy.
Nie polecam. Żałuję tylko, że nie przeczytałam opinii Google wcześniej o tym obiekcie.
Miejsce ma ogromny potencjał tylko warto byłoby wprowadzić kilka zmian.

Gutes zentrales Hotel, optimal für eine Übernachtung
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, nur 300m zum Markusplatz.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Hotel liegt zwar in einer ruhigen Seitengasse,
jedoch im Haus sehr hellhörig.

Wonderful stay in Venice!
Pros:

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful view of the canal from our balcony. We could’ve sat and watched the gondolas all day. Thank you to Andrea the manager for upgrading us to a room with a balcony!

Cons:

Nothing really. If I’m being picky, the bathroom could use some bench space.

La ubicación es ideal, el desayuno es abundante y todo está muy limpio
Hay que saber desayuno antemano que tiene una decoración v mexicana antigua y eso puede que no sea del agrado desayuno todo el mundo pero realmente es un sitio calidad precio muy bien

A reggeli a szokásos szállodai minimál, de rendben.
A lokáció remek.

Cons:

Genius felhasználó szerint superior szoba helyett egy "cselédszobát" kaptunk,
A három kis ablak közül az egyik vakablak a másik 1 méterre lévő falra, a harmadik egy szük lépcsőházra nézett, világítás nélkül élhetetlen.
A lépcsőházban áporodott, állandó, rendkívúl kellemetlen szag.

Tolle Lage und tolles Gebäude / Zimmer das leider nicht genügend Aufmerksamkeit bekommt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten Zentrum, 5min zum. Markusplatz.

Cons:

Heruntergewirtschaftet (renovierungsbedürftig, vieles kaputt und abgenützt, Bettüberdecken wohl länger nicht gereinigt).
