Très bon emplacement, sous réserve d’avoir une chambre donnant sur le patio.
Pros:

Chambre calme (donnant sur le patio) car celles qui donnent sur la place du marché et au-dessus du Carrefour sont très bruyantes.
Bonne climatisation.

Cons:

Parties communes vieillissantes.
Prêt de serviettes de plage, de parasols et de sièges de plages (que d’autres hôtels proposent).
Peu de passages ménage (une fois en 10 jours)

Pros:

L'immeuble, son emplacement, le positionnement de notre suite junior (4ème étage)
Plage à proximité

Cons:

Superbe immeuble, superbe emplacement (4ème étage - ch 411 donnant sur la place).
Par contre (remarque importante) ; état des moquettes des couloirs inacceptable : taches, usure, propreté.

Pros:

Emplacement proche de la plage.
Apartment confortable avec une belle terrasse au dernier étage qui surplombe la place des marquises, qui est très animée
Petit déjeuner copieux, dans un très beau cadre, belle vaisselle et décoration très raffinée.
La totalité du personnel est accueillant et attentif.
Hygiène impeccable.

Cons:

Juste suggestion pratique prévoir des cuillères à soupe pour les bols céréales et peu être d'autre petites cuillères.

À part la proximité de la plage, le reste était décevant

La grande saleté de la moquette dans les couloirs!
Pas de place de parking
Pas d’aide pour les bagages
Un accueil pas très chaleureux alors que l’accès à l’hôtel est très difficile avec une circulation impossible, la ville devenant piétonne de 11h à23 heures…

Je conseillerais cet établissement même si certaines choses peuvent toujours être améliorés
Pros:

L emplacement même si le fait d être sur une place où il y a des événements marchés ect … peut être bruyants surtout le matin tôt . Il y a un local à vélo bien pratique . Le personnel est sympa 😊 le petit spa aussi mais ces plus ne sont pas assez mis en avant … la literie est excellente cela fais toute la différence .

Cons:

Ce n est pas leur faute directe mais le parking est exorbitant surtout quand on reste une semaine il n y a pas de forfait ou autres proposés .
A savoir les draps n ont pas étés changés durant 7 jours ni le ménage effectué uniquement lits faits et changement de serviette .un ménage hebdomadaire aurait été appréciable . Les moquettes des couloirs méritent un rafraîchissement ainsi que certaines odeurs de renfermé .

Cant wait to return
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in the centre of town but in a quiet street. Delightful staff who were always available to help. Special mention to Marc who made us feel so welcome within seconds of arriving. The Japanese receptionist was lovely too. The roof terrace was a wonderful addition for sunbathing and eating our own food in the evening. But we had a little balcony too where we ate our own breakfast al fresco every day with a view over the pretty internal courtyard.

Cons:

Our one bedroom apartment had quite a small bedroom but it didn’t put me off.

Pros:

Emplacement hyper centre , tout est à proximité. Insonorisation top pour les suites donnant sur la place des Marquises.
Accueil professionnel et bienveillant.
La suite de 30 m2 est bien pensée pour privatiser les espaces de sommeil.
Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et bien tenu . La terrasse en patio est très agréable.

Cons:

L'emplacement central en ville a un côté négatif : places du parking souterrain dédiées à l'hôtel limitées stationnement en ville difficile . En saison centre piéton de 12h à 23h donc circulation limitée. Néanmoins accès pour dépose et reprise des bagages facilité par le personnel de réception.
Certes gratuit , le spa n'est pas top . Par ailleurs l'odeur dégagée par le chlore envahit le lobby... on a l'impression de rentrer dans une piscine municipale.

Made the best of a bad decision.
Pros:

The location is great being close to the market, shops, restaurants, and beach.

Cons:

The lobby is deceiving. It gives the impression of relaxed luxury. The hallways and apartments above are dirty and in disrepair. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. The dishwasher in our apartment was repaired but still didn’t work well. Sand on floors throughout the apartment, dishes put away dirty, cigarette mess on the balcony, and dirty shower all left for us to clean. We reported the air conditioning not working multiple times and this was never resolved adequately.

Pros:

Climatisation intégrée tres efficace - Insonorisation parfaite de la chambre-Literie king size excellente - Accueil tres sympa du desk

Cons:

Frequence du ménage un peu juste- Controle de la qualité du ménage peut etre améliorée- quelques eléments de mobilier un peu fatigués
