Cons:

We arrived at 6.30pm to be told the room wasn't ready it seems they had no computer so didn't know who was staying and how long for, we waited about an hour for it to be cleaned to a poor standard.

No hot water, TV didn't work, 1 towel was left and it was damp

All night there was people in the corridors screaming shouting and arguing it did not feel safe at all.

We seem to think they are housing social housing tenants as temporally accommodation possibly people classed as homeless.

Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in the front door there is a horrible stench. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned after previous guests because there was toothpaste all over the sink, hairs and mould all over the shower, toilet was disgusting. Sticky carpet. Broken window. I had booked from the Friday to Monday but left the first night and went somewhere else. Checking in wasn't a great experience either. Was told I could check in at 1pm but was left standing in reception ringing the bell until almost 2pm before someone decided to eventually show up acting surprised that I was even there. I have tried to contact them about having my money refunded but they have ignored all requests. Avoid this place like the plague!

The toilets were not cleaned and not comfortable.
We booked 3 rooms for 3 families and water was not coming in one of the room.
No hot water coming in any of the room and we waited a lot of time and money also.
