L’emplacement et le confort
La mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres,le bruit venant du restaurant (nous étions au deuxième étage) et la grossièreté du barman.

très bien, mais peut mieux faire ( pas assez de choix en fruits frais) et en plats cuits plus raffinés.

La camera ha spazi supplementari quali un'ampia cabina armadio e nel bagno un angolo separato multifunzione.

Terrazza con lettini dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite e in reception danno gli asciugamani.

Essendo "eco-friendly" mancano ciabatte usa e getta.
La vasca idromassaggio (che comunque non avrei usato) non è molto pulita (ma comunque la gente ci entra ugualmente).
Lo scarico del wc che devi prendere a botte per far stoppare il flusso d'acqua.
Posizione, terrazza all’ultimo piano
Personale non attento alle richieste. In fase di prenotazione ho chiesto di NON avere una camera al piano terra. Mi hanno risposto che mi era stata assegnata una camera “ad un piano basso”. Ho replicato che andava bene purché non fosse il piano terra. Arrivo in struttura e la camera è proprio al piano terra, sulla strada e con le persone che passando vedevano in camera. In bagno per esempio la tapparella è’ stata sempre abbassata. Ho fatto presente al personale in sede di pagamento del saldo e mi hanno risposto che “non avevano capito”. Pensavano chiedessi la camera al piano terreno.
