Pros:

Lovely hotel and very friendly and welcoming owner. The buffet restaurant was great with a good selection of food

Cons:

The only fault is the hotel is directly across from an ambulance bay. This is no fault on the owner and back room can be requested if you struggle with the noise

Pros:

Friendly hotel with everything you need for your stay. Breakfast good value for money. Location was spot on for us as we had tickets to see bands at The Waterloo Music Bar but it was only £6.50 for an Uber down to the prom. We walked down as it was a nice day, took about half an hour.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, we were quite happy overall.

Everything you need for a wee trip to Blackpool
Pros:

Very educational reading about the Gurkha history and trying the food.

Loved the cosy feeling of the room, but the steps took a while to get used to (had to leave a light on so we could walk to the bathroom at night). Maybe battery/solar light in the room would help.
Close to everything and the Manager and staff were very helpful. Food was delicious everytime, and the buffet had a very varied selection.

Cons:

Not applicable

Pros:

Clean rooms, excellent friendly owner and staff who were always helpful. Warm in the room so asked for a fan and it was put in the room straight away nothing too much trouble. Lovely bar and good prices.

Cons:

Mattress was hard but that was just my personal taste I prefer a soften mattress nothing against the hotel they have to provide for various requirements and guests understandably.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel which is next to the Waterloo music venue, which is great as we were attending a gig. It was not too far to walk from the venue to the hotel, which was great for me as I have a disability.
The staff were lovely and helpful and also always smiling, polite, and kind.
Our room was cosy, clean, and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, especially on my aching body.
Staff made sure we were stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
I look forward to staying there again.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Apart from not staying longer and eating at their restaurant. Their menu looked amazing.
