Tutto bene
Pros:

Tutto molto nuovo, pulito e curato nei dettagli.
La camera vista piscina nonostante quello che si può pensare, era relativamente silenziosa.
Sicuramente posizione comoda per: arrivare dall'aeroporto, spiaggia di Magaluf e Son Matias, negozietti alimentari/oggettistica/souvenir e posti in cui mangiare

Cons:

È in cima ad una collina per i miei gusti piuttosto ripida che non rende piacevole fare avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia o dopo che si è fatto serata. Davvero impegnativa se non si è allenati per niente..

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the beach, and offers excellent value for money 😊
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, exactly as described. Our stay left only positive impressions.

Cons:

The only small downside was the lack of parking and the fact that the reception staff did not inform us about the nearest free parking area.

Šílený hluk a nerespektování klidu
Pros:

Celkově hotel je super, snídaně bohaté, moc jsme si pochutnali. Přistýlka pohodlná, pokoj čistý, moře kousek, poblíž je obchody, kramky, restaurace, tohle všechno bylo moc fajn

Cons:

Velmi se nám nelíbil ruch mladých v hotelu, byli jsme v květnu, ve svých 40ti letech jsem tam byla nejstarší, všude samí mladí.. Což by nám nevadilo, ale hluk do půl 5 do rána každou noc, už druhou noc jsme museli shánět špunty do uší, zřídit ty noci byly zoufalé. Dodržování nočního klidu asi bodů nehlida, nikdo je neokřikne, personál k tomuto úplně laxní, zkazilo to za nás jméno hotelu.. Ikdyz se nám zde líbilo a plánovali sem jet s dětmi na dovolenou, tak sem bych už nejela, protože to byl nejhorší zážitek z dovolené ty probdělé noci... Takže za mě pro mladé hotel super, pro rodiny a páry, co chtějí klid rozhodně nedoporučuji

Shocking service, not able to stay in the hotel we booked
Pros:

Nothing as we were refused our room on arrival and was made to stay in the sister hotel away from the rest of our group and 31 other friends that were staying there.

Cons:

Being greeted by Gabrielle on reception to check us in. She checked our passports, let us pay the money for the 2 rooms we had booked months ago to then be told there wasn’t any room for us. Not only was this really disappointing but left us completely out of pocket spending nearly €100 on taxis because we were so far away. I would never book this hotel again!

Hôtel spacieux bruyant
Pros:

Hôtel proche du centre ville, chambre spacieuse même pour 3 personnes

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant.
Il y a toujours un peu de lumière dans la chambre ce qui peut déranger le sommeil car la fenêtre donne sur le couloir qui donne dans la rue, le volet n est pas assez occultant.
Il y a eu à 3 reprises le même jour des problèmes d eau qui ont vite étaient réglé par l hôtel
