La seule que je juge assez bien c'était le petit déjeuner

Le Buffet en all inclusive très médiocre, les chambre correcte et propre mais le plus gros point négatif c'est ls climatisation c'est centralisée donc pas possible de la contrôler nous même , on a eu droit à une journée de coupure de climatisation pour entretien et c'était insupportable il fesait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre on a dû réclamer à plusieurs reprises. À notre dernière jours on a demandé un late check out payant bien sûr mais on nous a informé que ce n'étais pas possible et que l'hôtel étais complet alors on est monté préparer nos affaires et nous demande de sortir à 11h au lieu de midi comme partout dans le monde et on a pris plus de temps vu que un des enfants étais malade et en remettant la clé à la réception on me dit qu'il pourrait me facturer une pénalité pour le temps de retard alors pour facturer une pénalité cetais possible pour eux mais pour facturer un late check out non ..... N'importe quoi ! !! Et être en plein été à 40 degré en all inclusive dans un hôtel où on trouve aucune fontaine d'eau potable... On doit se trimballer avec des bouteilles vides toute la journée et allé au bar demander ed qu'on nous les remplis et il ya des moments où il ya du monde on a l'impression que les personnel n'est pas très content de le faire . Au moment du repas on viens annoncé que le buffet sera fermé dans 15 mn ce qui est normal mais après même si vous êtes entrain de finir votre assiette on éteint la lumière du resto c'est un manque des respect pour nous .. l'animation est très médiocre et la moyenne d'âge des clients est 19 ans donc une colonie de vacances.....

Suite familiare molto rumorosa tanto da disturbare il sonno, aria condizionata senza regolazione, con flusso e direnzione non regolabili, bagno cieco con odore sgradevole di fogna, cassaforte solo a pagamento, piscina di dimensioni inadeguate rispetto a quelle dell'hotel, orari pasti poco troppo stringenti. Essendo entrati nel ristorante 15 minuti prima della chiusura siamo stati più volte invitati a uscire col boccone in bocca, è vergognoso! Nessuna flessibilità, neppure minima...

Pekny den vsetkym, personal, jedlo, upratovanie hodnotim poztivne. Poloha Hotela vzhladom k vzdialenosti k moru je cca 150m.

Cons:

Vyslovene sa jedna o party hotel pre mladych 17-25 rokov v drvivej vacsine z britskych ostrovov. V hoteli neexistuje nocny klud, ziadna Security. Kazdu noc od 3 AM- 7AM vracajuci sa z diskotek kricia, budia ludi, zvonia na zvonceky. Ked vyjdete a ozvete sa je to este horsie. Izby v ktorych sa spi su hned za chodbou ,dvere nie su absolutne oddizolovane. Odporucame Vedeniu Hotela dat do popisu , ze sa jedna prevazne o hotel pre mladych ludi . Bohuzial po tejto skusenosti to bolo nase prve a aj posledne ubytovanie v Magalufe.
