Le bruit c’est très mal isolé donc entend tout, principalement les femmes de ménage des 7h30 qu’on entend à côté.
Nichts, sehr unsympathische Mitarbeiter.
Alles stimmte nicht: Die Zimmer waren dreckig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr schlecht gelaunt, und ich hatte nicht einmal eine Decke, nur ein Laken.
Curățenie impecabila, view superb, personal amabil.
În primul rând că nu au parcare, iar hotelul este situat pe o colina, deci e de urcat serios. Având în vedere că locurile de parcare sunt extrem de puține pe strada, comparativ cu numărul de oameni prezenți, ar trebui sa fie destul de clar asta în descrierea hotelului. În rest, frumos

La propreté des lieux, la manager Silvia, le personnel de ménage et de restauration. L'emplacement près de la plage.
Nous avions choisi l'offre Petit déjeuner+ dîner, il le petit déjeuner est très bon, très correct mais le dîner est une véritable catastrophe. Très peu de choix et la qualité absolument pas au rdv pour un 4*. Nous avons préféré nous sustenter à l'extérieur et demander un remboursement. Pour lequel nous avons bataillé pendant 4 jours.
Je vous conseille de prendre uniquement le petit déjeuner et de sortir manger dehors.

Staff in the Dinning room
The reception staff were not friendly or helpful, especially when we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. It took approximately 8 hours to resolve the problem, and unfortunately, the staff were not cooperative in offering us another room or arranging a quick repair.
Additionally, the extra bed provided in the room was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. The telephone in the room was also not working.
Overall, we were disappointed with the level of service and the way these issues were handled.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstückbuffet sehr ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, beim Pool auch sehr gute Atmosphäre durch den DJ.
Keine Parkplätze vor dem Hotel bzw. auch sehr schwer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.
