Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on their booking confirmation.
The rate includes accommodation, beds made on arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and kitchen towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes). Charges and taxes are included, except for the tourist tax and any applicable booking fees. A basic WiFi connection is included, while unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost.
Guests also benefit from complimentary access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and cardio-training room.
It is possible, subject to availability and an additional fee, to request a specific apartment location after booking by contacting the residence directly. Invoices are issued under the name provided at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by credit card only. In the event of non-payment within the required timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may also incur additional charges.
Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional charge of €70 per pet per week or €11 per pet per day for stays of less than seven nights.
In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers guests a special activity benefit to make the most of their mountain stay. In Chamonix, a €40 activity voucher is provided per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights, to be used with our partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed, hiking, and more activities are available for an unforgettable outdoor experience. The voucher is given upon arrival. Activities must be booked in advance, are subject to availability, and are operated by independent third-party providers and may be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The location was good. The patio area was nice. It was good to have two bathrooms.
The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. There wasn't much storage space for clothes, particularly in the twin room.

Little bit dusty room
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la piscine et la petite salle de sport "pour dépanner".
Le côté un peu vieillot (des salles de bain surtout!).
Depuis plus de 10 ans que je viens cette année déception, on nous a mis 1R rez-de-chaussée dans un coin pas de soleil, en contrebas du Pont avec un sapin en face et un mur après avoir été à la réception et insister. Nous avons eu un premier étage. Hélas pas de soleil du tout et pas de vue.
Le canapé est à changer
L’emplacement idéal. La piscine.

The woman at the reception was very friendly and was willing to help us.
The reception was nice, with board games, which we enjoyed.
Location was good.
The staff help us by storing our luggage for a few hours after check out.
Tha apartment was not clean, lacking of neccessary bath towels, robes and linen (so we had to ask the next day). The check out policy was quite strict, with the kitchen cleaning to be upon the visitors plus removing the garbage. Toiletries were not provided (provided only one toilet paper for 6 person needs), and the staff at the reception made an exception to give us two more.
