Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on their booking confirmation.
The rate includes accommodation, beds made on arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and kitchen towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes). Charges and taxes are included, except for the tourist tax and any applicable booking fees. A basic WiFi connection is included, while unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost.
Guests also benefit from complimentary access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and cardio-training room.
It is possible, subject to availability and an additional fee, to request a specific apartment location after booking by contacting the residence directly. Invoices are issued under the name provided at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by credit card only. In the event of non-payment within the required timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may also incur additional charges.
Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional charge of €70 per pet per week or €11 per pet per day for stays of less than seven nights.
In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers guests a special activity benefit to make the most of their mountain stay. In Chamonix, a €40 activity voucher is provided per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights, to be used with our partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed, hiking, and more activities are available for an unforgettable outdoor experience. The voucher is given upon arrival. Activities must be booked in advance, are subject to availability, and are operated by independent third-party providers and may be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Alas the heatwave made it very hot for everyone. Not the properties fault, but difficult to sleep at night as unable to get a breeze through. We live in a flat in London and have the same issue.

The kitchen was well equipped, great location.
The room felt outdated, it didn’t feel very clean.
Location and parking was great. Apartment fits four people just fine, with a lot of possibilities for storage. Great balcony with perfect views.
Opening hours for pool, sauna and gym did not fit us. Cleaning staff was trying to enter our room at 8 in the morning on the day of check out. We had to tell them a couple of times that we did not check out until 10.

The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the city center, yet parallel to it, so it remains a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The beds were also very comfortable, which we appreciated.
The kitchen setup was disappointing. There is barely any room to prepare food, and the electric hob was incredibly slow. We were also frustrated by a floor in one of the bedrooms that squeaked like crazy, and the locker doors in the bedroom wouldn't shut properly, causing us to accidentally bump into them at night. Additionally, electrical outlets are only available on one side of the queen bed. Because there is no A/C, it got quite hot during the local heatwave. Finally, please provide basic amenities like hand soap and salt. Leaving only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 4-day stay is not serious for a premium residence.
Excellant location - only 2-3 minutes walk to town centre and also SNCF station and Montenvers railway station. Aigule du Midi cable car about 10 minutes easy walk
2 bed apartment (for a max of 6 people) was very small and dark. Virtually no hanging or storage space. We used the 2nd bedroom as a suitcase store / storage area - I am not sure how you would manage with 4+ people and all their kit, presumably put it all on the balcony.
Found dirty cups in the kitchenette on our arrival.
Our flat did not face the courtyard (with a view) but faced the main road with traffic noise, etc.
It is not always possible to book on-site parking but there is a free car park nearby (if you can find a space).
They may market the place as "premium" but it is not.
