很棒的地點，CP值高
Pros:

地點超級好，距離博多筑紫口就是5分鐘走路，參加一日遊或是搭地鐵、新幹線都超級方便。周邊有各種藥妝店，地鐵站裡有伴手禮店，連7-11都可以退稅，買太多直接拿回飯店放😚

Cons:

飯店整體是舊一點，小孩免費住，所以也沒有付毛巾牙膏牙刷等備品，連續住要3個晚上才會進房打掃，其他日自己把髒毛巾裝袋掛門口，垃圾桶放門口。

Reasonably well. Super good location and staffs are polite and helpful.
Pros:

I like the location as it is very convenient. Convenient shop and shopping malls are just steps away. Breakfast is good with a selection of cuisine. Breakfast environment is quiet, clean and neat.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit run down and the color of the carpet looks dirty.

Une très belle surprise à Fukuoka, un incroyable rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

L'emplacement, la taille de la chambre, toutes les attentions et produits de courtoisie, le sèche-cheveux digne de ce nom et que l'on peut brancher à proximité d'un miroir, la superficie de la salle de bain, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Franchement, tout était parfait.

駅からの立地がよかった。
愛知からライブと観光を兼ねてこちらを選びました。
フロントの前（入口）のウェルカムボードに
ライブ日程とメンカラの風船が備えられていて遠方からのファンへの配慮にテンション上がりました！
ありがとうございました😊
アメニティグッズもいろいろ好きに頂けて良かったです！

朝食が少し種類的に残念でした、、、、
想像と違っていたからかな💦
もつ鍋、水炊き、おでんなど地元メニューが朝から食べられるのは良かったし、美味しかった。

また滞在したい！と思わせるホテルでした。
Pros:

駅から近く、どこに行くにも帰ってくるにも良いロケーションでした。ホテルの隣、すぐ近くにコンビニもあって、必要なものはすぐそこで買えました。夕食も駅から近いので、どこに行く必要もなく駅内で殆ど食べられました。お土産購入も然りです。
ホテルの方に事前に、アメリカからの里帰りで日本旅行を楽しむからKOKOホテルを使うとだけご連絡しました。それに対してホテル側からのサプライズプレゼントがあり、とても嬉しかったです。息子ともども良い滞在ができました。３泊しましたので、タオルも毎日交換していただきました。ありがとうございました。お部屋も問題ない大きさでした。何より清潔感があってよかったです。また、トイレ内の洗面台の排水が２日目にはできなくなり！！その日、出かける前にフロントの方に報告したところ、私たちが出かけている間に修理をしてくださっていて、迅速な対応に感動しました。
朝食も毎食、バラエティー豊かで地産ものも多く、まためんたいフランスはとても美味しかったです。毎朝、外に食べに出る必要もなくゆっくりと朝食を摂ることができました。
洗濯施設もあり、真夏に一日出かけた後の洋服を洗いたい欲求を満たしてもらえて、良かったです。
荷物もチェックインの前、チェックイン後も預かっていただき、フルに福岡観光ができたことはとてもありがたかったです。

Cons:

滞在客がアジア系の人が多い、本当に多い印象です。そのため、他の部屋、廊下から大きな声が漏れ聞こえ少し怖かったです。また朝食時も、大きな声で話すアジア系の家族がいて少し嫌な気がしました。
小さくてもいいので、トレーニングルームがあったら良かったな！と。
