Should’ve been nicer for the price

The breakfast was nice

Cons:

Bed was too soft/old no firmness
Air conditioner took awhile to cool down
Bathroom was rusty in some areas and not clean looking. The door was fixed on end and couldn’t quite reach showered handle without getting wet

Love it here and we'll be back in a couple months!
Pros:

Love the location. This time there was some construction around so it wasn't as esthetically pleasing like prior visits. But it was still pleasant. The staff is always extremely friendly and the included breakfast is always good.

Discuter Amelia island ! Great place
Pros:

L’emplacement. L’ambiance du quartier. Le coucher de soleil (allez au Salty pélican !!) tout est accessible à pied. Ici peu de touristes étrangers, une belle immersion.

It’s a lesser Hilton experience
Pros:

They are short on staff the rooms were not cleaned and available and about 20 people were there waiting in the lobby for their room.

End of Summer fun.
Pros:

I have very bad anxiety problems. This place is so care free and relaxing. Such a small town feel you just melt your stress away here. You could not ask for a better location to stay at. Walking distance to anything you want to do except the beach. But it is a 12 minute drive and you park right on the beach. No dragging coolers and chairs 100s of yards. We had a great family reunion, we are from upstate South Carolina and our family came up from Louisiana.

Cons:

The last 2 days there the breakfast was very disappointing. Food was burnt, had instant grits instead of there fabulous cooked grits that was as good that is homemade. The kitchen staff did not seem a happy and friendly than usual.. We hope this was just a temporary problem because this is our 3rd vacation staying here. The location is our prime reason staying and the breakfast seals the deal.
