Great place to stay, give it a try
Pros:

Great position, big rooms, lovely restaurant and bar, swimming pools amazing, easy walk to beach, it’s got everything, could have stayed longer if possible.

Cons:

Car parking a little tight, but very minor complaint.

Very ordinary - wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The pool, spa and gym were great!

Cons:

The ensuite shower rose kept falling down making it challenging to shower. The ensuite toilet keep running - there's an issue with the cistern. Communication with the owner wasn't great - I had no idea I wasn't checking into a "hotel" and was expecting hotel ammenities. There was no body wash. The towels were worn and only one per person - not great for girls with long hair needing to wash it as well as needing to shower. When requesting a tax invoice for my stay I was given the run around.....

Great location and ample room.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to the light rail and within walking distance to Cavill mall. The room itself had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. Had everything you needed. Great shower pressure, just be aware the shower heads are loose in the holders so if you turn the water on too fast the heads move. Couldn't get WiFi as after talking with the host apparently the previous occupants must of taken it. Overall had a great stay. Hosts were easy to contact and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing major. Shower heads and no wifi as mentioned above. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

We had a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with views to the beach and over the pool. A home away from home . Everything we needed was there . Close proximity to the tram at the Cypress st Station restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds. Only thing I think could be improved is the cleanliness of the apartment Dust on skirting boards and edges of room . and behind bedside tables. Looks like nothing has been moved in order to clean properly for a little while. Shower screens not that clean .

Property as a whole lacked atmosphere, coffee shop never seemed to be open and we did struggle to locate shops.

Pros:

I loved the pool area and didn't mind the construction. Large apartment for 1 brm but only very basic of cooking utensils.I found the food outlet unfriendly being cash only and did ignore you.
