Good!
Pros:

Parking was great and good spot for GC marathon and not very far from heaps of places to eat and the beach

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean, showers had heaps sand in them and shampoos etc were empty, with only one bin bag provided in the kitchen

Apartment was tidy though needed a deep clean of curtains, they looked dirty and in places mouldy.

Great location
Pros:

Staff were great, kids loved the pools and the room was a lot nicer than I had expected after reading the mixed reviews. Great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

I had to clean all the cooking equipment, plates, cups, utensils and glasses before I could use anything as they had been put away dirty. This should really be checked by cleaning staff before the room is occupied again. A couple of our towels had dirty marks on them and holes.

J'adore cet hôtel.💕 Ca fait 4 fois qu'on va a Gold Coast et 4 fois qu'on réserve a Mantra Crow Tower. Que du positif sur l'hôtel. On adore 💕

Cons:

Le nouveau restaurant qui a ouvert dans le hall, est nul. Le personnel n'est pas du tout agreable et serviable et la cuisine n'est pas bonne. On a ete tres déçu. .

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

So close to walk down to the main Surfers attractions. Super easy to navigate to all of the Theme Parks too! Loved the fact there was an indoor pool as it was cooler in the afternoons when we got back and the kids could still swim,

Pros:

Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Position for going out and sight seeing , eating etc perfect.

Unfortunately not the fault of our accommodation, but the early and noisy starts to our days was somewhat disappointing.

Okay value for money.
Pros:

It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry! The ocean view was lovely and the outdoor pool and indoor pool were great.

5/10 could find better
Pros:

Hotel was central to everything.
Facilities were good.
Check in was fairly fast
Staff were exceptional

Microwave didnt work
Room had a funny fish smell
No air flow really in the room
Bathroom was slightly dirty when entering.
Overall not the best stay ive had however not the worst either for the price
