Hotel bom para relaxar
Pros:

Localização do hotel.
Quarto com bonito estilo e design.
Staff muito atencioso em todas as divisões do hotel.
Espreguiçadeiras e sombras privadas tanto na praia como na piscina.

Cons:

No nosso quarto havia um cheiro mau, muito intenso que vinha do chuveiro e que não foi resolvido depois de alertado.
O isolamento da porta de entrada do quarto era inexistente, acordámos à noite com o barulho das pessoas.
A praia podia ser limpa até à linha da água, em frente ao hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Bit pricey

We absolutely loved our stay at Z2 Hotel. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby.

The gym was well equipped, the pools were lovely, and most of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Agnes, who was wonderful every time we saw her. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. We’d also like to thank Yusuf and Siti, who were both consistently kind, warm, and attentive. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Z2 Hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

The hotel is a little overpriced for what it offers. The spa was lovely, but there are many excellent spas outside the resort that are significantly more affordable.

The beach wasn’t as impressive as we had expected. On the dining side, Marigold was excellent and served some very good food. Sexy Fish was also good, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations. If you’re considering the half-board package, it’s worth noting that it doesn’t work particularly well with Marigold, so there isn’t much value in adding it. Unfortunately, some of the staff weren’t very knowledgeable about how the dining plan worked, which made things a little confusing.

The bathroom was beautiful, and I especially loved the shower. However, a handheld shower attachment and a bidet or toilet spray would have been appreciated.

One thing we found frustrating was the cashless payment system. Guests are effectively required to pay by card, but a 2% transaction fee is added to every purchase. It would be much better if cash were accepted or if the card surcharge were removed, as currently guests have little choice but to pay the extra fee.

Apenas da localização que é excepcional e da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários que também são motivo de elogios. o resto não vale o valor, tem outras opção na região melhores no mesmo custo ou mais acessíveis e melhores

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno demais para o nivel de hotel e valor, as fotos não traduzem a realizada, a cama é estreita para um casal e paguei mais caro por ser um quarto diferenciado com vista mar. O restaurante Sexy fish tem uma vista excepcional mas um valor que não vale a pena, aconselho comer em outros da região. O café da manhã é bem simples também para o porte e o valor que o hotel cobra

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the overall service was perfectly fine. However we noticed a missed opportunity for the business while sitting on the beach sofas. We would have happily ordered more drinks but it was hard to get the staff's attention in that specific area.Additionally we were asked to leave the sofas at 11:30pm on Saturday because all services shut down that early. With a bit more proactive service and slightly longer hours this place would be absolutely flawless!

An unforgettable stay in paradise

From the moment my best friend and I arrived, The Z Hotel made us feel completely at home. We spent seven unforgettable nights there from 29 June to 6 July, and it was everything we had hoped for and more.

The location is simply breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and spectacular sunsets right on the doorstep. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

What truly made our stay so special was the incredible staff. Their genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made every day feel effortless. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. I would like to praise all staff of Z & Z2 hotel, especially food and beverage staff, front desk staff. One particular lady I want to mention is Neema. She is exceptionally good.
We left with wonderful memories, feeling refreshed and grateful for such a special experience. Thank you to everyone at The Z & Z2 Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return very soon.

Beautiful getaway in Nungwi, perfectly located on the beach
Pros:

Waking up at the Z Hotel felt amazing every morning. The view is just stunning, waking up to seeing perfectly turquoise and crystal clear water everyday.

The hotel is situated perfectly on one the most beautiful stretches of sand in Nungwi, and from our room we had a wonderful view of the beach.

At the same time privacy is maintained, as the hotel has its own security as well as palm trees and plants around the property. During low tide one can easily walk down to Kendwa beach as well, which takes about 25-30 minutes.

The hotel also has a big and clean infinity pool, perfect for swimming. It has several restaurants, where the included breakfast gives you the perfect start to the day - with lots of fruit, fresh juices and eggs in all forms.

All the staff is just amazing, so polite and attentive, just like manager Jabily is as well.

If you are headed to Nungwi, this is definitely one of the best hotels. Would certainly reccomend staying here to everyone!
