Great location for food and football.
Pros:

We booked for location and ease for the weekend. It certainly delivered on that.

Buffet breakfast definitely worth it😊 selection was great, so much more than most other places we have stayed at, staff during breakfast were helpful. Location was great & convenient with many eateries to choose from, all on same street👌 shout out to reception staff Augustn, his customer service was excellent always welcoming, friendly, helpful & all with a smile🙂

Cons:

Deluxe twin suite, though it served our short stay overall decor and bathroom is quite dated was clean & tidy but I don't feel deluxe in this particular room it's more just a standard style and fixtures, nonetheless we would return as the breakfast and customer service was great value for money

Tv was put out of whack by previous guest but wasn't sure if we had pressed a wrong button on remote however upon asking staff the problem was fixed .We didn't have tv for first night and a bit.

Pros:

Have stayed here several times. Cannot beat the location. Great value for money for myself and two kids (14, 11). Rooms were nice and dark. Room quite big (big enough). Staff were super helpful. Have booked again for later in the year.

Pros:

We came to Townsville for the football, Rydges was close enough to everything we needed and we were able to walk everywhere. Friendly staff , great location, clean and comfortable
