Location (we were in the Pricipessa suite in the Villa) the twin jacuzzi (especially as we had walked to Minori and back), the comfortable bed and the exceptional breakfast.
The only property where we had to pay for bottled water in our room.

Hotel is as excepted older and antique decor. The staff was nice during our stay, but once we checked out the service changed, not as helpful anymore.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views. You need to book a taxi or private car to get directly to the hotel as we did from the Amalfi coast. If you have luggage. Otherwise if you take the bus up it's a long steep hike up from where the bus stops. The breakfast was included with our room . The dinning staff was incredible and meals were delicious. If you use the bus to visit the coastal cities don't rely on a seat or them being on time. Purchase your bus tickets before hand. We highly recommend this hotel.
The palace is beautiful and the view as well.
- The air conditioning in the palace does not work well, it’s hot and humid in the room even if the aircon runs all day.
- The hairdryer is from the 80s.
- No coffee machine or kettle in the room, no water upon arrival.
- Very poor lightning in the bathrooms
- Overall, this is definitely not a 5* experience

For the cost, it would’ve been nice to be offered a shuttle or other service to travel to/from Ravello and atrani/amalfi/minori
Personeller çok ilgili, çok güleryüzlü. Hepsini çok sevdik. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Kahvaltıda bizimle ilgilenen genç bir beyfendi vardı, çok saygılı ve çok kibar ve işini severek yapıyordu.tüm personellere teşekkür ederiz.
Odanın içi ferah, aydınlık değil. Karanlık bir odaydı. Ve odada genellikle bir koku vardı.
