I would expect more from a 5* hotel
Pros:

The palace is beautiful and the view as well.

Cons:

- The air conditioning in the palace does not work well, it’s hot and humid in the room even if the aircon runs all day.

- The hairdryer is from the 80s.

- No coffee machine or kettle in the room, no water upon arrival.

- Very poor lightning in the bathrooms

- Overall, this is definitely not a 5* experience

Beautiful in a great location with lovely staff. Excellent attentive staff from the front desk to the bartender with special details throughout. Also an excellent breakfast

Cons:

For the cost, it would’ve been nice to be offered a shuttle or other service to travel to/from Ravello and atrani/amalfi/minori

Personeller çok ilgili, çok güleryüzlü. Hepsini çok sevdik. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Kahvaltıda bizimle ilgilenen genç bir beyfendi vardı, çok saygılı ve çok kibar ve işini severek yapıyordu.tüm personellere teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odanın içi ferah, aydınlık değil. Karanlık bir odaydı. Ve odada genellikle bir koku vardı.

Stunning beautiful property in a fabulous location but let down by a few very simple fixes
Pros:

Stunning location in the beautiful town of Ravello, super relaxing location with stunning views and wonderful staff especially the girls at reception and the maitre de at breakfast.

Cons:

For a 5 star rated hotel I feel there should have been at least a coffee machine and complimentary water in the room. To be charged 3 euros a bottle cheapens the whole experience.

Albergo molto romantico e pieno di fascino
Pros:

Posizione strepitosa con vista insuperabile. Ottima la cena in terrazza. Il personale è molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo accogliente ed empatico. Struttura del XII secondo molto affascinante. Servizi igienici della camera un pò datati e da rivedere ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.
