The property is in a great location

Cons:

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. They have hidden fees! Please don't book!! The hotel manager is the worst person I have ever experienced! No form of communication skills.

Pros:

Hotel má skvělou polohu - velmi blízko Vítězného oblouku, v okolí restaurace, obchůdky, ulice je klidná a kousek od hotelu je zastávka metra.
Apartmán s obývacím pokojem byl prostorný a pro rodinu úplně super. Postele byly pohodlné, ve skříni byly k dispozici navíc polštáře. Uvítali jsme, že denně měnili ručníky a uklízeli.
Wi-fi dostačující.
Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný - udělali dceři milou výzdobu na snídani k narozeninám.

Cons:

Hotel je hezky vybavený, ale bohužel už je vše poměrně opotřebované. Křesla jsou ušpiněná, zdi i koberce špinavé a nábytek obouchaný. Pokud by to tak nebylo, tak je to krásný a stylový hotel.
Při ubytování jsme měli nepříjemnost, protože pokoj nebyl dobře uklizený. V koupelně byla za topením hozená cizí ponožka a po celém apartmánu se na zemi válely oříšky a další nepořádek. Po upozornění poslali na pokoj uklízečku znovu, ale úklid nebyl stále v pořádku. Když jsme ji na to upozornili a nepořádek ukázali, reagovala neprofesionálně a bouchala věcmi. Na recepci se nám následně omluvili a poslali drobnou pozornost na pokoj.
Měli jsme apartmá do atria, kde bylo bohužel večer vše slyšet – hluk se přenášel i z ostatních pokojů.
Snídaně byly pro nás zklamáním – výběr byl každý den stejný a poměrně omezený. Chyběly také možnosti bez laktózy, přestože jsme na to předem upozorňovali.
