Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and helpful! She went with us to the parking spot,witch was near the hotel.
The room that we stayed in was clean and basic. It’s just for sleeping. Bring some slippers,because the floor has tiles and are very cold.
The location is perfect.

Sublime for a weekend in Lucca!
Pros:

Easy to locate in Lucca.
Located in old town and in a fab location to walk easily into Lucca’s main attractions.
Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful.
Really cute room and lovely clean en-suite.

Stort, flott rom med balkong. Nydelig frokost. Veldig sentralt, man kan gå til alt. Kjempehyggelig service. Kan anbefales på det varmeste. Vi bodde i Depandance.

La situació, tot i que és difícil arribar-hi per això.

Cons:

La rebuda, la manera de fer, tot molt difícil...se suposa que parlen espanyol i, només una noia el "xapurrejava"....tenen tres punts de hotel i habitacions i és difícil saber on has d'anar....per aparcar el cotxe també molt farregós... No el recomanaria a ningú.

Pas adapté si on ne peut pas se déplacer facilement.
Pros:

Emplacement, amabilité du personnel, propreté. Possibilité de parking payant un peu plus loin.

Cons:

L'hôtel Diana n'a pas de salle de petit déjeuner, il faut se rendre dans un autre établissement très proche. Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait appréciée.
