Un bagno di bellezza in questa incantevole città, accompagnato da un soggiorno adeguato.
Pros:

La struttura é in una posizione raccolta e silenziosa, ma vicinissima a tutto ciò che la città offre per una visita. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico. Segnalo il dettaglio molto piacevole della possibilità di colazione all'esterno.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hotel Diana & Depandance di Lucca! La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni della città, perfetta per chi vuole visitare Lucca comodamente a piedi.

Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli utili sulla città e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Camere pulite e confortevoli, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo in una posizione strategica per esplorare Lucca.

Todo, el personal todos muy atentos en especial Fabrizio

Cons:

Nada, todo estaba muy limpio, la habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba riquísimo,el café exquisito lo hacían a petición, para disfrutar degustándolo.

Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff - at a reasonable price. We will stay at this hotel again when we come to Lucca next time.

Cons:

The air conditioning was too powerful for us, but that was just due to the intense heat.

Pros:

Siamo state accolte dal gentilissimo Nicola che ci ha guidate e consigliare per ottimizzare i nostri spostamenti. La camera pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, la posizione strategica e la gentilezza dello staff hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Lo consiglio sia come punto strategico per la partecipazione ad eventi sul territorio, sia per qualche giorno di relax le magico e romantico borgo. Noi di sicuro torneremo!

Excellent location, particularly for the parkrun
Pros:

Location. Only about 10 minutes walk from station even with heavy bags in heat. Staff also very good. And breakfast

Not really a dislike, but be aware that the same reception and breakfast room serves at least two venues, so your room may be a minute or two away
