Superb all round positive experience

No. It was superb. When we arrived they offered us complimentary orange juice while we waited to book in.

Good location, but make sure to stay in the main building.

Cons:

I stayed in the annex, not in the main hotel. It was not clear during reservation. Then the bed was old, you could feel the deformed mattress, there were mosquitoes in the bedroom, and just one towel for the couple. In the annex no personnel to help. The main hotel is 50m from the annex so I had to walk to solve. Air conditioning is noisy, but after sometime you even get used to.

Fantastiskt bra läge i Lucca, underbar frukost som serveras i hotellbyggnaden bredvid.
Vi fick ett stort och svalt rum med fönster mot innergården.
Väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte till på alla sätt och vis.

Fantastische stad en heel prettig hotel, heerlijke kamer de luxe.
Pros:

We hadden de luxe kamer gekregen voor iets extra geld, die was naast het hoofdgebouw. Bij het hoofdgebouw een gezellig terrasje. Heerlijk ruim en mooi!
Ontbijtje was lekker, de hond mocht mee. Via een steegje was je snel in de stad die echt heel mooi en fijn was.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat door wegwerkzaamheden de eigen garage niet bereikbaar was, wat gedoe gaf met koffers van en naar een andere garage die we huurden.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, haben Verdunkelungen und Klimaanlage.
Die Lage zu Fuss: 8 min vom Bahnhof und in 10 min ist man im Stadtkern

Nossa recepção no hotel foi maravilhosa, nos atenderam muito bem e deram dicas de restaurantes e locais para visitar. O Hotel está super bem localizado perto de várias atrações turísticas.
