Lovely, clean small hotel in an excellent spot for exploring Antibes.
Pros:

We loved the location in Antibes- we could get to the Old Town one way and Juan Pins the other , on foot.
It was very clean.
The little seating area outside the room was welcome surprise.

Cons:

My mistake- I thought I had paid for bed and breakfast, so we had it both mornings. But had I realised we’d be paying extra, I wouldn’t have bothered after having it the first and gone to the lovely Boulanger round the corner or gone to one of the breakfast restaurants ( same price). Foran extra 15€ each, the breakfast was not good value. For that much, I would have expected more choice of fruit,cereal, and cheese/meat.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile, anche se a pagamento. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno permesso di fare anche un late check in. Pulito.

Cons:

Un po' costoso, considerato che la colazione è a pagamento e che comunque le camere sono piuttosto essenziali

Lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Lovely family run hotel in the perfect location set between the beaches and old town of Antibes. It’s exactly what we wanted, and exactly what it says on the tin.

Cons:

There was a small problem with our air con but this was swiftly sorted out.

Pros:

Des prestations étonnante pour un 1 étoile. Le bâtiment a beaucoup de charme et est décoré avec goût. Petit déjeuner très correct. Climatiseur. Situation assez commode à 5mn de la plage de la ville et à 10mn à pied de la vieille ville.

Pas de frigo dans les chambres

Molto Gradevole.
Pros:

Piccolo Hotel a conduzione famigliare a circa 1Km dal centro storico di Antibes e circa 300m dalle spiagge più vicine. Propietari disponibili e cordiali, nessun problema per la moglie (celiaca) per la colazione, la signora ha procurato del cibo senza glutine.

Cons:

Forse il costo della colazione un pò alto rispetto ad altre strutture in cui siamo stati nella provenza e costa Azzurra, ma è solo un dettaglio, considerato che ci siamo comunque trovati bene; Abbiamo notato che Antibes, forse perchè zona altamente turistica ha prezzi un pò alti....

Veldig fornøyd
Pros:

Et fantastisk lite familiehotell sentralt beliggende i Antibes, med gangavstand til det meste. Vi var en storfamilie på 6 personer som storkoste oss med hotellet og personalet som var superhyggelige.

Pros:

Super lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms were small but clean and beds were super comfy!! Excellent location - walking distance to beach, promenade and old town. Would recommend!!!!
