Central Le Mans
Pros:

Great location in town centre. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great 👍

Cons:

There was a lot of building work going on but I guess it will be fantastic one day!
Not sure about the colour schemes and decor - just personal choice

Betten waren super, die Ästhetik des Hotels hat uns auch extrem gut gefallen. Uns war allerdings nicht klar dass das Hotel im Moment eine Baustelle ist. Rücksichtsvollerweise waren die Bauarbeiten morgens recht leise, nur ab und zu eine Kreissäge...

Cons:

Das Frühstück.
Ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten in Zimmer u Bad haben gefehlt.

Think it’s going to be great once building work is completed in the meantime lacking comfort.
Pros:

Location is great, WiFi, shower and air con excellent. Quirky decor. Staff friendly.

Cons:

It’s a building site, rooms super basic and tiny no tea, coffee water etc. car park difficult to find. Breakfast basic cold buffet.

Le Mans perfect spot
Pros:

Very nice location in the city with a no-car road leading to the big market place. Spacious room, high ceiling and cosy beds and pillows.

Cons:

No really negative points. Restaurant was in renovation but owner warned us and suggested restaurant in the neighbourhood. Looking at the remarks on the board, the restaurant must be very good so our only regret is that we couldn't try it.

Close to LeMans centre.
Pros:

Close to LeMans center. Mostly Happy and friendly staff. Service H24 good.

Cons:

No elevator … two long stairs up for us.
Breakfast was minor, less than continental standard.

Pros:

Nice renovated Hotel, very comfortable bed, spacious room and air conditioning that was great as we were there during a heat wave.
Location is great just 5 minutes walk to the old town and there is a parking few steps away.
