Pros:

L'emplacement est top, rue piétonne en plein centre. La déco de l'hôtel et son charme ancien.

Cons:

J’avais prévenu que mon père est âgé et qu’il a des difficultés pour marcher, pas un mot à part ûe réponse automatique sur le fait que la réception est au 1er étage et les chambres à partir du 2e sans ascenseur. Pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur. Petit déjeuner sommaire. On aurait aimé un peu plus d'attention de la part du gérant.

Camera un pochino piccola con finestra nel cortile interno. Senza frigo .

Le principal problème est le Wi-Fi, annoncé comme disponible gratuitement, alors qu’il ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Très problématique quand on a besoin de travailler.

Autre point gênant : la réception était fermée dès 17h alors que les horaires indiquaient 19h, impossible donc de demander de l’aide ou des explications.

Enfin, la literie laissait à désirer : le traversin n’avait pas de vraie housse, seulement le drap du dessous enroulé autour, ce qui ne donnait pas une impression de propreté ni d’hygiène.

Dommage, car l’emplacement est bon, mais plusieurs éléments ne correspondent pas à ce qui était annoncé.
